Ужасно! Terrible!

I understand perfectly what a 3 * resort hotel is. But this one has outdone itself! We settled on the 3rd day, arguing that the hotel operates on an overbooking system and there are no places. settled in a hole, which is 2.5 times cheaper (checked the prices for rooms). They settled with scandal. As compensation, they brought a couple of pieces of sour watermelon and pineapple. so apparently, look 5000 r. There was no hot water for 3 days. Water was leaking from the air conditioner for 2 days. Complaints and videos were shown at the reception several times. RECEPTION - terrible, boorish staff!!!! ! the rooms are shabby, the walls are dirty with stains. towels are terrible, torn! no breakfast. cold fried eggs, soy sausages and rice. flies over fruits and vegetables. The plus of the hotel is the location. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone and never go to them myself!
