We were with a 4 year old. The beach is perfect, the water is clean, soft sand. The hotel is located in the bay, away from all the "fun" in the evening watching cartoons on the beach, on the big screen. Rooms are great, big. The massage at the hotel is great. The staff is very helpful, they gave the child a gift, a picture of fruit, initially we were settled on the second floor overlooking the sea, but the next day we asked higher and offered several options without any problems. There is a shuttle from the hotel to Patong, there is a supermarket near the hotel. Taxis are a little expensive, of course.
