yesterday we returned from Thailand, we were at the Woraburi hotel, what kind of 4 stars are there, there are a maximum of two with a stretch, in the canteen there is dirt, flies, birds walk on the tables, the tables are not wiped, just the crumbs are shaken off with a dirty rag or just with your hand, the staff will not rush to serve you appliances, and remove dirty dishes, there are problems with napkins, we still didn’t understand why, the food for the first two days was still nothing, and then to the point of nausea, passing by the utility room near the elevator, the appetite disappears, apparently it was intended, the UPI drink of two colors and just water, no juice, you can only eat watermelon from fruits, it is delicious, they give green pineapple, full of rubbish, melon is incomprehensible, in Russia pumpkin is sweeter. Everyone smiles sweetly at the reception, and that’s all, you won’t ask for anything, once they asked three times to clean the room urgently (the child felt bad) so they came after 15 hours, and then they caught them in the corridor, and they spoke at the reception for five minutes and smile sweetly. When we entered the bathroom, we were not pleasantly surprised, the shower was without a hose and when you wash yourself, you fill the toilet bowl and the entire bathroom with water, then everything is on the floor, you have to wipe the floor and everything else with a towel yourself, there is no curtain or partition covering the bathroom, but about towels, this is an eternal problem in this hotel, they are rarely clean, we once accumulated 9 towels in our room, they were reported, but not taken away. And towels for the beach in general had to be ordered every evening at the reception. And it's not only we have such problems, everyone was running around in search of beach towels. The most unpleasant thing is small red ants, they also bite in bed, if you left something of the fruit on the table, there were a huge number of them immediately, they stuck around the fruit. And at home we found them in things alive and unharmed, brought them in a suitcase. I also forgot that air conditioning is something, it almost always smelled of sewage, given that these are the tropics where it is stuffy day and night, it was impossible to sleep. The only plus of this hotel is its location, close to the sea, that's all, we are not picky, and we like everywhere where we were, but there is complete chaos. I do not recommend this hotel. Price and quality do not match. .
