The only advantage of the hotel is the location near the Malin Plaza market. The hotel consists of two hotels - Azur and Azur Inn. They are built with the letter P, so that the rooms face either the street or the inside. If you are placed in rooms that face inside, be prepared to contemplate the windows of your neighbors, moreover, the structure of this hotel is in the form of a well, it is always dark and damp in the internal rooms, you can shake hands with the neighbors across the balcony. There is a garbage dump near the hotel, so your neighbors (especially on the lower floors there will be cockroaches (huge) and rats (walk carefully in the evening). Well, the smell is appropriate. There is another category of rooms that are not in any picture (pictures, by the way, are not correspond to reality). The size of the rooms is 12 meters with a view of the fire escape clogged with boards (we lived in 422). No breakfasts: bread, rice, eggs, salad, soup and terrible coffee. From fruits, only watermelons, and those strangely cut-only skins ? , on which a little pulp. There is an announcement in Russian that the dishes need to be cleaned up after themselves and taken to a separate table, this is the first time I have come across this! But our people, of course, try to eat and leave, so by the end of breakfast, almost all the tables are littered with dirty dishes, which the staff probably cleans up after breakfast, hence the constant problem with clean dishes - there are no cups, then you go and ask for the glasses that you have rinsed in the sink and given to you right there - naturally, after such a procedure, you don’t feel like drinking anything from them. I don’t recommend this hotel to anyone, there are cheaper and better ones nearby. Hotel-2* maximum. Before that, we rested in 3 * in India, Sri Lanka, and in other hotels in Phuket, there is something to compare with. This Azur is a publicized crap! The staff is pleasant, they try, but we will not go to this hotel again and do not recommend it to anyone. The contingent is mostly Russians and Ukrainians, so there are fine announcements everywhere - read carefully, otherwise you will be left without your deposit (2000 baht or $ 100), which you may not be returned upon departure. In general, think for yourself, decide for yourself, we read the reviews before leaving, all are not bad, already on the spot we found out that the hotel seems to have changed its name, so there are few bad reviews. Who loves extreme sports, play the lottery (lucky / unlucky with the number) and communication with not always adequate compatriots - you can take a chance. But did we warn you??? ?
