Rested in February 2012. The hotel is the cheapest on the list, so there are drawbacks. The furniture in the room is broken, the plumbing was repaired 2 times in 12 days, sometimes a fire alarm goes off at night, the air conditioner hangs directly above the bed (you can’t turn it on at night), very cunning mosquitoes fly from the river when the balcony is open. The second block of the air conditioner hangs on a balcony measuring 1 * 1m, and when the air conditioner is running, you can’t go there. The Russian-speaking girl Irina at the reception serves only for translation. The pool is tiny. Well, the river nearby at first was inconspicuous if you didn’t focus on it, but after the rains it smelled very noticeable. The food was very good for 3 stars, I think none of us have breakfast at home, so we need to evaluate objectively. The beach is dirty, garbage, algae are removed extremely lazily. The water in the sea was clean until it rained somewhere in the mountains and the river carried everything that was glass into it into the sea, and all this spread along the coast and smelled noticeably. We reached the northern edge of the beach and swam there (the river did not spread before there). We tried to go to Karon Beach - in my opinion, the same thing. Of the excursions, I liked the Phi Phi Islands the most. It takes a very long time to get to the Similans, so there is very little time on the excursion. The local Bungle Road is much inferior to Walkin Street in Pattaya. And in general, compared to Pattaya, everything is very expensive, although Patong in the recent past is a seedy village. But still, compared to our end of the world, this is paradise!
