bad staff

Good time of the day! Ants lived with us in our room. One floor below (on the third floor) bed bugs. We learned this from tourists who, when we left, wanted to move to our room. The staff at this hotel does not understand, or rather does not want to understand in English, and even more so in Russian. The declared Russian-speaking staff (on the Pegasus website) is not at all. On check out, we were billed for a broken "no smoking" sign - which we did not break, and a friend - for two beach towels that were not lost. Such a small racket in your pocket. All this happens when the keys to the room have already been returned and you are sitting downstairs waiting for the transfer to the airport. In fairness, it should be noted that the hotel has a good restaurant. Yes, the breakfasts are monotonous, but quite sufficient for a 10-day stay. In addition, we sometimes went there for lunch and dinner. Inexpensive compared to other restaurants and tasty. And the hotel itself, due to its lack of service (I will not bore the reader with other details, it is enough written), does not pull on its three stars in any way. In order not to get your fly in the ointment in a barrel of honey, I do not advise you to stay at this hotel. : )
