I will say right away - I try to be satisfied always. They did and thank God. We were in hotels with my family from December 7 to December 14.2018. We arrived at the hotel at 9 am. The flight from Moscow took about 11 hours. After our winter, I got a little crazy from the extremely warm air of Thailand. Hooray! So we were at the reception desk, they put some flower bracelets on our hands, secretly bowed, clasped their hands at the chin and murmured "senkyu heeeee" in unison. First impressions of the hotel - well, if it's five stars, ok. But 5 stars, frankly, frail. Our room was pretty shabby. There was a damp smell. I do not know how old the hotel is, but it is very desirable to refresh the rooms with repairs. The design of the room is original and somewhere even interesting. The toilet, bathroom and shower are separated from the room by a glass partition. On the partition are bamboo blinds. The door to the bathroom closes like a sliding wardrobe. No lock.
In a certain mood, you can open the blinds and enjoy from the bed for the actions in the shower and toilet of your other half. The room was on the first floor, and in my opinion the coolest part of the room is the veranda overlooking part of the pool. On the veranda there is a table, chairs, a sofa. Well, it's very pleasant to drink whiskey on this veranda in the evening. We needed an extra bed for our son, some kind of rusty folding bed was brought into the room. I laughed for a long time. Was she found in a dumpster? My son refused to sleep on it. Oh well, I had to sleep on it. At the end of our vacation, the cot crackled, something flew off there. Nothing, they wrap it with tape and it's fine! Now about nutrition, drinking and smoking. We only included breakfast. Breakfast, in my opinion, is rather poor. Several types of fruit, sausages with a chemically unnatural color, two buckets of rice porridge (slurry with shrimp inside. brrr (((. ), and thank God scrambled eggs.
In short, I ate scrambled eggs and sausages in the morning. Watermelons for two. Melons are disgusting, without taste, color and smell. Pineapples for five are delicious. Mangoes are excellent, very tasty. Well, exotic lychees and it is not yet clear what - for an amateur. The room had a restaurant menu. European cuisine. Prices are like in an average restaurant in Moscow. We ordered several types of pizza, some burgers. Not tasty at all and not worth the money. On the beach, to the right of the hotel, there is a cafe and a fruit stand. They ate there. An average dinner for three without any frills (three main courses, three drinks, and something else) came out to about 1000 baht or about 2 thousand rubles. The cuisine is Thai. Some dishes my wife and son did not like at all. I also ordered super spicy dishes for myself and was satisfied. Soup ordered them chong yang or something like that super spicy and after that some Australian beef. After this soup, I could have at least fish, at least beef - I still would not have understood anything.

Lots of shrimp with different sauces. We tried everything. Fish from the aquarium can be selected, they are caught, weighed and immediately begin to cook. The cafe is very sincere, there are tables right on the beach near the sea. At sunset, having dinner there is sooo romantic! Large selection of fruits and freshly squeezed juices, smoothies. Delicious.
What's up with the booze? The hotel has a poolside bar. They pour there. The most primitive cocktails for 250 rubles. I didn't use the bar as I brought a few bottles of whiskey with me. I only bought coca cola at the hotel (30 baht for a can of 0.3) and beer (40 baht for a can of 0.3). Beer in the hotel shop of three varieties. I tried two. These are "Chang" (a good lager. Pleasant insipid taste) and "Leo" (the same lager, but a little more with sweetish notes). The hotel is non-smoking. There are several designated areas near the pool and the sea. There is a no-smoking sign in the room, but there is a reservation that if you really want to, you can smoke on the veranda.
Smokers still smoke, but not so openly. There is no animation in the hotel at all. So, here you will not see aunts jumping around the pool.
So the pros and cons. Cons - 1. The location of the hotel. Although this minus is also a plus. There is no life around the hotel. Only the forest and the road. It's great to have peace and quiet. It's not very cool that we became hostages of the hotel for food, shopping and logistics. You can eat either in the hotel or in a cafe near the hotel. You can buy a limited assortment in the hotel store or, again, go somewhere. 5000 rubles cost us a taxi ride to Phuket to shop "Central Festival" and "BIG C" (I ordered a taxi at the hotel). 2. The room definitely needs renovation. Everything is running. 3. Food is not up to par. Mediocre...Pros: - 1. Sea. Beauty of nature. This will cover all the cons. It is a paradise! relax! 2 - There are very beautiful places for photos and videos both in the hotel and on the beach. The soul rejoices! 4. Well, the plus is that the hotel is out of the way.

There are no parties nearby. Everything is quiet and relaxed. Tourists were 99 percent Russian-speaking, but all of them were respectable. Either pot-bellied men with families or couples in love - He is a programmer, She is a manager. I did not meet alcoholics, brawlers and violent. By nine o'clock in the evening the hotel fell asleep. Silence and no one around.
P. S Seven days is very little for a good rest in this country. Did you like the hotel? - rather 50 to 50. A tour to the islands gave a lot of positive emotions. There beauty was indescribable! So, we will return to Thailand, but not to this hotel.
