We went on a honeymoon - the travel agency advised us, and we did not lose (special thanks to Natalia from Panorama-Tour). We got exactly the holiday we wanted.
Quiet, secluded hotel cascading on a hillside among a palm grove. Each room overlooks the bay and the beach, the view is wonderful, everything is surrounded by greenery. There are few people in the hotel, mostly foreigners. The staff is very friendly, many people know English, you can explain yourself, everyone tries very hard to please. At the end of the holiday, a Russian-speaking girl appeared at the reception.
Our room was ordinary, but even it had a huge (the size of the room itself) balcony with sofas and a table under the roof, as well as two sun loungers and an umbrella in the sun. There are flowering trees on the balcony, palm trees nearby, birds chirping... : ) It was just the end of the low season, it rained periodically, and the mattresses on the sun loungers in the room got wet - they didn’t dry out during the night, then it was wet to lie down. If you go during the dry season, there will be no problem. The room is small, colonial style, has everything you need, spacious bathroom. The air conditioner worked all the time, so when you left the room you were knocked down by a wave of hot, humid air. We got used to it after a couple of days : )

For breakfast, a lot of fruits and juices, cheeses, all sorts of omelettes and pancakes can be prepared on the spot. There is little meat and it is tasteless (as they later found out, beef in Thailand is generally tense), but they "came off" on fish. Pastries and sweets are also available. In general, here is a paradise for seafood lovers, everything is fresh and very tasty. Near the street with restaurants, the cuisine is almost the same everywhere, the prices are pleasant. Lunch for two is about 400 baht on average.
The beach is stunning, a long strip of white sand, the sea is clean, some kind of soft, and there are no stones and corals in the water - you won’t break or cut your legs. Sun loungers with mattresses (there are normal, not getting wet), towels, umbrellas from the hotel for free - there are not many of them, next to the exit from the hotel, and then private sun loungers, you can lie for money, but we never used it. The only thing is that during the full moon the tides are very strong - everyone throws garbage on the shore, branches, coconut shells, and from 11 to 15 approximately the beach is flooded. I'm glad it's only a few days.
Of the excursions, I liked the Khao Sok Nature Reserve and the James Bond Islands. We were also on the Phi Phi Islands - it’s also beautiful, but there are crowds of people (and this is in the low season! ), Dirty, and even got into a storm on the way back, a speedboat jumped from wave to wave - and this is after lunch! There was a chatter in the stomach for a long time afterwards, it is better for people with a weak vestibular apparatus not to risk it. A sightseeing tour of the island is a waste of time and an attempt to sell something. It is worth going to the fruit market, but the operator is obliged to take you there for free at any time. Jewelry factory for lovers - Klondike, the choice is huge, stock up on money! At the entrance, a nimble taika who speaks your language will be attached to you with a tail and will guess all your desires. Now, if you are in Bangkok, you should definitely take a survey there - the Royal Palace is worth it, although there are also a lot of people (the jewelry factory is also included in the survey).
Separately, it is worth mentioning the massage. The hotel gave us 6 massages for two on the occasion of our honeymoon - an inexpressible feeling. No eroticism, but amazing relaxation, the feeling that you are flying into nirvana. Go - you won't regret it. Buying a massage at your own expense at the hotel is a little expensive - on the street next to the hotel it is 5 times cheaper, where we took a foot massage - also super, but not every day, otherwise it will hurt. They got so hooked on the massage there that now they really don’t have enough.

Overall great experience, didn't want to leave. The hotel used to be part of the Le Meridien chain and it shows in everything.
