The island of Djerba itself is a quiet family vacation. No shopping or nightlife. There are no alleys with night bars and the like, holidays in Djerba are for a relaxing family holiday. Most of the hotels are not even half full. Season from May to September. I was with my son in June - the hotel was 100% full. When I checked in, I gave $ 20, but they returned them to me, since there was not much to choose from. The reception staff does not speak Russian, although many Arabs speak 5 languages: Arabic, French, English, German and Russian.
The climate in Tunisia in June is wonderful. There is a constant breeze and it is not hot at all. We swam from 9 to 16 - then it's already cool, but the water is warm. The territory is large, just enough. Before that I was in Turkey in 4 * - so this one turned out to be much better. A good 4* hotel.
All rooms have been renovated. The food was very decent. There was enough of everything whenever he came. Table setting, dirty dishes are immediately removed, cartoons for children on the wall in the children's area, good dishes, glasses. Even the beach and pool bars don't have single-use plastic. A lot of fruits (peaches, apricots, melons, watermelons, dates, plums), ice cream for lunch and dinner, fish every day, a lot of sweets. The only negative is the abundance of fried in general. Natural juices for breakfast, decent beer and local wine. There were a lot of families with children up to a year, up to two, but I don’t know how to feed such little ones. For dinner, they really give milk porridge.

Animators 2 teams - I didn’t see and didn’t try everything - there are so many things. Didn't make it to the gym either. On the beach, kayaks, kayaks, surfs are free. On the territory of big and table tennis, Arabic lessons at 16.30, fitness in the afternoon, aqua aerobics, salsa, yoga.
We went to a crocodile farm and to the Sahara for 2 days. Both tours are very interesting. I recommend. We went to the crocodile by ourselves in a taxi. They are fed Wed, Fri, Sun. at 17 o'clock. You have to go at this time. The rest of the excursions did not cause any enthusiasm.
It’s true about beach towels: take-off 9-12.30, 15-17.30, and I went to the beach earlier and came from the pools at 18, so sometimes I didn’t change for 3 days.
Cleaned badly, despite the tip.
But these are all trifles. The sea is warm, the pools are cool, the hotel is decent.
