There are no differences at all, feel free to take a tour of three and don’t worry, the money comes out saving about 10-12 tr. 4 * has its own dining room, 3 *, you can’t eat at each other’s, the same story with the bar. But we Russian people are already very curious and everything that is impossible for us is interesting) My husband and I entered the restaurant for three rubles and, alas, everything is the same. On the territory of 3 * there is an indoor pool (very chlorinated), outdoor is not large and thermal. To the beach 150m. In 4 * one large swimming pool, two restaurants, a pizzeria, a bar. In May, half does not work, the season starts from June 3 approximately.
