This hotel was recommended to us by our tour manager. firm. I read the reviews, but they were conflicting. In general, let's go. We arrived at the hotel, everything looked beautiful, we were immediately sent to the restik to eat, and then we realized that we would definitely have problems with food. Everything we got was very spicy and tasteless. Then the check-in began and then we were generally shocked, at the reception they gave us ordinary keys with key fobs where the number of our apartments was written in crooked blue paste, so to speak, and this was in 2010. Where around the world have long been electronic keys. They gave one key for 4, there are no more keys, and divide this key as you wish. Now about the number. We were actually lucky with him. Only in the room there were three safes and none of them worked. But on the other hand, the hair dryer and TV worked, for many the hair dryer did not work, then the TV, or even all at once. Well, if the issue with a hair dryer could be resolved at the reception, take a hair dryer as a deposit (10 TD), but if the TV broke down, then that's all. The next day, my husband went to the reception and they still brought us a working safe, which even I could safely put in my bag and take out of the hotel. Now about the number. let's start with the door, which apparently hastily repaired and which could be opened by pressing hard. And if you kick it, it will fall out along with the box. And I also liked the gap in the door, there the finger climbed calmly. But it seemed so clean, everything was in flowers, even shampoo and shower gel were, but there was a problem with towels. For 2 adults and 2 children - 2 large towels and 2 small ones. But we were still lucky we had 2 rooms in the room, while others with the same number of people had 1 room and there were two trestle beds knocked together in it. And there was never toilet paper in the room. From the beginning, for her, we specially went to the cleaning elders. Until they quarreled with the servants with paper, there were problems and then the towels were reported. Now about food!! ! I'll start by saying that they probably didn't even hear about the children's menu there. Everything that was cooked was with so much pepper that if you had breakfast in the morning, it burned in your mouth until the evening. Even the omelet in the morning was pipets. They saved themselves in the morning with boiled eggs, local slop sausage and cheese. At lunch, you could eat rice with meat and bones or grab pizza with pepper. Saffron and hot peppers in all dishes. But sometimes they gave good meat. For example, we were spoiled with ostrich or chicken. A little about the waiters. How much was abuse from vacationers. You won’t wait until the table is set, and if you order drinks, then pipets, you just won’t wait for them. We got up and poured ourselves or stupidly took the bottles and defiantly put them on the table. In general, there are a lot of people and few waiters. 1 waiter serves and pours and removes. About the animation that doesn't exist!! ! It seems that life at the hotel began with our arrival. Before that, apparently there was not even an evening animation. Because they just set the stage and prepared it for 3 days. 4 days after arrival in the evenings began to hold a mini disco and animation for adults. There were no discos. So on the street they entertain like everywhere else, such as Miss Hotel or Mister Hotel and all bye-bye. That's the whole animation. And yet I forgot to write that life in the hotel starts at 10 am. Until 10 am, you can’t drink water at the bar, you can’t change towels or change money. Kick!! ! And it's all inclusive. Glasses in the bar are plastic. Beer, wine (all local production) is poured into plastic. Well, okay in a bar on the street, but in a hotel!!!!! ! And there are not enough utensils. Either there are no mugs, then there are no plates. Well, forks and spoons are generally a problem. Sometimes there was nothing to even put salads on. You climb into cabbage and beets with one spoon, but what to do? Just like boiling water in a cooler, and if you didn’t stock up on water, then excuse me, in the morning there’s even nowhere to drink some water. We did not try cocktails, but we dabbled in beer and wine. Pour beer, one foam, wine one ice. But in the bars, the sale of local wine is flourishing. 5 TD bottle. Take it, take it, watch it. And finally, a little about the beach and the area around the pool. In order to get well and lie down to warm the bones, be kind, get up at 6-6.30, and then later there are no more places. everything is busy and you will either have to warm the bones on the sand or by the pool on the grass. There are not enough sunbeds either on the beach or by the pool. Slides include strictly on the clock from 10 to 12 and from 14 to 16. And this is a 4 * hotel. After 6 you can’t go to the pool, at 7 pm they close the gate to the sea. This is the Prima Life Imperial Park Hotel. But we did not lose heart and had fun as best we could. We visited the local zoo "Phrygia", beauty. So many impressions. We went to the Sahara (where we ate normally for the first time after our arrival), went shopping. We went to Carthage Land, a local amusement park. For a penny got a lot of sharp impressions. If it weren't for all this, we at the hotel would definitely die of boredom. So think carefully about whether you need to go there or maybe another option is worth considering. Best regards Natalia, Khanty-Mansiysk.
