Good evening or afternoon to you.
I had a chance to stay in this hotel in July this year.
We got off the bus in front of us the hotel. We went inside a large hall on the floor, tiles, greenery in the hall, wicker chairs give the impression of a recent renovation. We approach the reception desk.
I explain to the guide that I came with my family and sister, we have 2 rooms for 2 and 3 people, please place them closer to each other. They give the keys, I understand that the rooms are not even on the same floor. You will definitely be changed. I BELIEVE and leave.
Entering one room, located on the first floor, the smell of bleach and humidity hit my nose, I ask you to change the room, they say TOMORROW.
We were tired from the road, especially since the local time is 21-30, we need to put the children to bed and rest ourselves.
MORNING.

After swimming in the sea, I have breakfast and go to the reception. I ask you to resolve the issue with the number. They answer after 12-00, come up and solve everything.
12-30 I am again at the counter, they tell me there are no rooms ALREADY, TOMORROW. I'm going to the guide for an explanation of the situation. The guide reassures everything will be resolved, you have to wait.
The next day at 12-00 I'm waiting at the counter...
I'm waiting for an hour, the second they tell me YOU go to rest, as soon as the number appears, we will call. I'm waiting. I'm starting to boil...
After half an hour, they deigned to take up my question, and after another five minutes they say, sorry... , I insist, I demand the director, who never appeared. After another 15-20 minutes, they offered to exchange our 2 rooms for 2 and 3 people for one two-room. Feeling that it’s better for me anyway, they won’t offer us anything, let’s go look. Not a “fountain”, but better than it was.
In general, the territory is good, they look after it green, gardeners water and care for it every morning.
The food is so-so for a restaurant, more like a self-service canteen. Sometimes there are more people than places.
The food is monotonous and a lot of spices, the problem is to feed the children. Drinks diluted with water have no taste, but everything is included. Donuts and pancakes are baked at the bar near the hills at 16-00, but you have to stand in a half-hour queue for them.
The sea is clean, transparent, warm, the beach is sandy but poorly cleaned. Umbrellas and sun loungers are free.
In general, it seems that they don’t favor RUSSIANs, it’s chilly, and beer in the bar is poured only into plastic, and for Germans and French in glass mugs, if a beach towel was stolen from you on the beach, it happens, so you got 10 dollars left in a deposit, but the Germans do not leave a deposit.
Tip: use your towels at the beach.
For myself, I decided Tunisia is not for me.
