We paid for the safes, and not at the reception, but in the nook where the bank is located. They gave us the key, but they didn’t find the key for my friend (then she ran from the room to the bank for two hours with one question when they would make a safe for her). As a result, she was given an electronic key, but before that they opened the safe with an ordinary screwdriver. REPRESENT. By the way, two days later we also had a problem, the key was not pulled out, so they gave us the same code and the safe was opened before my eyes with a screwdriver within 2 minutes. (I was shocked) Moreover, the code was spoken in French and for the entire corridor. In general, the hotel does not do much storage of valuables. Safes serve rather for complacency.
Money in the bank at the hotel should not be changed without extreme need, the rate is slightly lower than in banks located in the old and new cities of Hammamet. By taxi to get from the hotel to the old and new city costs 5 dinars in one direction. Accordingly, the same amount and back to the hotel. It takes about 10 minutes to go to the market. There is no point in going to the market to bargain, because you don’t know the average prices anyway, and you can spend a lot of nerves. Especially many people buy into phrases like makimal (the price you can offer), sabotage by the Russian mafia, etc. You think it's cheap and then in a store with fixed prices you realize that you still paid more. The truth is not always. Therefore, my opinion is to buy souvenirs only in shops with fixed prices.
Alcohol only in state stores. In Hammamed, there are two Bravos in the new city and a General in the old one. If you go it's better to bravo. And better and cleaner and more varied. In the department of alcoholic products, beer 1 dinar cans strictly 250 gr each. Wine starting from 4 dinars but it is also given in the hotel, and we took more expensive and the taste is the same. It is not possible to drink local vodka, but normal from 30 dinars, but I didn’t take it, so I don’t know.
The food in the hotel, in principle, was never hungry, but it was surprising that some types (meat, turkey, pancakes, etc. ) were issued. They pour without problems. True, when at first I went for the third portion of beer (portion 3 glasses-250g. ) I was given only two. And they look at you, to put it mildly, unkindly. The next day, when the situation repeated, I said the magic word PROBLEMS? and immediately there was no problem until the end of the holiday.
The animation is quite interesting for both children and adults, and most importantly unobtrusive. Sometimes I even liked it.
Cleaning in the rooms is normal when they left a dinar when not, well, in general, about the same thing. Towels were changed every day.
In general, the rest liked the hotel, too, if you do not pay attention to the little things.
We by and large liked everything.

We went to Tunisia for the first time. We used to rest in Turkey in Egypt in Thailand. The hotel is average food too. The sea and beaches left a good impression. The Arabs are a little better than in Egypt. Went home in shorts!
