This hotel exceeded my expectations, it is more beautiful than the photo on the Internet.
The room is large, stylish, clean linen, cleaned every day and towels changed every day. This is a rarity in Tunisia, I have been to Tunisia 3 times already. Left at will 1 dinar, no one demanded.
The hotel is very cozy.
A big plus, we arrived at 4 in the morning and we were immediately settled in the rooms, without surcharges, and in the morning we also had breakfast. Whoever didn’t like something in the room, they went to change it, no one demanded additional payments.
The beach is gorgeous, incomparable. They also clean, guard, sunbeds for free. I love Tunisia in September precisely because of the warm gentle sea. And I have never seen such sand in any resort. In Europe, Egypt, this is definitely not the case.
Dinners at the restaurant were also very good. The restaurant itself is clean, with always white tablecloths, large portions of food to choose from, very tasty.
The hotel has a swimming pool, also constantly cleaned. Here is a big plus - clean everywhere.
Near the hotel and in the hotel itself there are many restaurants where you can dine cheaply and very tasty.
Cons:
My room faced the road, so there was traffic noise. But I think it's not for everyone.
Rooms that overlook the courtyard - there is a restaurant where locals go, it is also very noisy there.
But there are rooms where it is very quiet and you can see the sea.
I did not change my number, because the room was large with a large bed.
Breakfast without choice and every day the same. Coffee, tomatoes, 1 egg, a piece of cake, a piece of cheese, jam, butter, juice. Coffee can be with milk, coffee is good. I have a lot for breakfast and never eat, just that all 7 days without change.
The road to the beach runs along a dry canal full of garbage - this is unpleasant... but Tunisia is like that, and when you choose Tunisia, you should understand where you are going.

Stayed at this hotel in July 2018. Got a room with a sea view. The room had everything for a comfortable stay: air conditioning, hair dryer, TV (even with Russian channels). It was possible to take a mini-fridge for a fee. The wi-fi worked well in the room. The staff is polite and friendly, speaks English, knows a few phrases in Russian. … More ▾ Stayed at this hotel in July 2018. Got a room with a sea view. The hotel's beach is well maintained and clean, there are sun loungers and umbrellas.
I lower the rating only for meager and monotonous breakfasts. Everything else was at a decent level.

The food we had was breakfast and dinner. Breakfast is always standard tea/coffee/juice bread, jam and cheese. But dinners are always varied and tasty, there was a lot of seafood, fruit or ice cream for dessert. We ordered local wine in the hotel bar, quite tasty and not very expensive.
To the beach, walk min. 5, cross the road quickly got the hang of it. The sea is gorgeous, clean, warm, though shallow, the depth is about up to the neck, and in order to get deeper, you need to swim decently. There were no jellyfish and algae during our stay. The beach is cleaned every morning and guarded during the day.
Due to the fact that the hotel is located in the old part of the city, in the evening we walked to the Medina or just around the city.
In general, I liked the stay in the hotel, and helpful staff. The only negative is that not every room has refrigerators, and you have to pay for using them. Since we were in the hotel during the high season, there were not enough of them for all the rooms, and we were not even offered.

I read a lot of reviews about this hotel. I will try to highlight the main thing from my own experience, which may be useful. A Moorish-style hotel with a touch of French colonialism. I will try to highlight the main thing from my own experience, which may be useful.
A Moorish-style hotel with a touch of French colonialism. Inside the public space is clean and tidy. Antique furniture is placed everywhere (all sorts of cabinets, bureaus, chairs), which is interesting to look at, you can take a photo. There are 2 small courtyards - the first with a fountain and bars, the second with a pool and a small garden (a turtle lives there! ).
Managers and other staff are quite friendly, they try to speak Russian.
The room is clean but not very comfortable. We didn't have a balcony. The room is also - Moorish style, but more modest. I didn’t like it - that one pouf (where to sit? ) And the TV was hung up unsuccessfully (you can hit, which was done). The toilet room is the most ordinary, a little run down, but in general - OK. I liked the window thanks to which it is ventilated : )
Restaurant (dining room): sadness is simple. The interior is beautiful, but the content is not very good. The staff is unprofessional and the menu itself is not so hot. There will be no buffet! There is a table under glass (as in a grocery store) and you can choose 3 dishes from what is. No more! ! The food, in general, is not tasty, reminiscent of fast food or a cheap cafe. Dishes with canned food, terrible sauces for meat and potatoes, lack of fruit (they gave only 2 slices of watermelon or 3 apricots) are especially indignant. In the dining room they save on everything and even tea in a teapot will be from 1 bag, and coffee - grain. I mean breakfast because at dinner you have to pay for drinks.
Separately, I want to note the location of the hotel. The title indicated that it was for travelers. Basically, this conclusion is due to the fact that the hotel is located on the 3rd line. In front of the hotel there is a two-lane road, where there is no crossing, and cars go in a continuous stream. Next - the second smaller. Going is really a problem.
The way to the beach is through the amateur trash can and the construction site. The beach itself is small, there are sun loungers and umbrellas. From 12 noon until night, music is VERY loud on the beach, and locals also relax there, who order food at the beach bar.
By the way, the beaches are municipal, so everyone swims in the sea - both from your beach, and from the neighboring one, and just arrived.
So, my opinion is that the hotel is good for the price and interior for an overnight stay, but not for a long-term beach holiday.
I wish you all a good holiday this summer!

Continental breakfasts, for those who do not know what it is: tea or coffee, baguettes (roll) daily, waiting, a little butter, a piece of cake. sometimes eggs or tomatoes were given for breakfast. Everything. Dinners are normal, only late (according to our time from 22 to 24 o'clock. The menu for dinner is varied, tasty, a lot. Further, there are only minuses: the beach is across two roads, there are no traffic lights in Tunisia, in principle, it is very difficult to cross. The road to the beach is this is a separate song, total dirt, garbage, and the beach is not so hot... But the worst thing is robberies on the street. In 10 days, three robberies and this is just what we knew... They attack during the day, break chains, jewelry "My friend resisted, they hurt her hand. They went to the police, they didn't even accept the application. It's dangerous to leave the hotel in the evening, the manager warned. So we had dinner and sleep, no entertainment. The country itself is impoverished, dirty to the point of insanity, how can you advertise I’ll go to the travel agency where I bought tickets, write a complaint. In general, they "tied up" with Tun Is forever.

Good day to everyone who is going to visit beautiful Tunisia! Choosing a direction for the next vacation, I accidentally stumbled upon Tunisia. And I was immediately surprised by the price. Choosing a direction for the next vacation, I accidentally stumbled upon Tunisia. And I was immediately surprised by the price. We can say - almost free. Therefore, we flew with the feeling of coming not the most pleasant surprises)) Well, it turned out that the rest turned out to be fantastic!
The hotel is very simple, there is absolutely nothing for the discerning tourist to do there ...but this hotel has its own special, family-friendly atmosphere! Friendly and helpful staff, good rooms...in addition to our own, we saw a few more...all spacious, stylized in an oriental theme...somewhere there is a large balcony, somewhere not at all, but all the rooms are just wonderful.
On the first day, we found out that the water drain in the sink was not working, we didn’t get upset, we went to the nearest hardware store, bought the right product and the problem was solved) One of the advantages of the hotel is a beautiful patio, where it’s nice to sit after dinner, listen to relaxing music , chat...in addition, there is no wi-fi in the rooms, you can use the Internet only at the reception and just in this courtyard. A little about nutrition. Breakfasts are very meager and do not change: coffee, cocoa, tea to choose from, a baguette, an individual piece of butter and a little jam. Yes, and a glass of a strange, heavily watered down drink. Dinners are the complete opposite. There are three menu options to choose from. This is European cuisine, local ...portions are large, everything is cooked very tasty. Drinks at dinner are paid. The hotel also has a restaurant where you can have a very tasty lunch for little money. Seafood dishes are especially tasty there.
And the portions are huge. Pasta can be safely ordered one for two, or even for three. Now about the beach. More precisely, in the beginning about the road to the beach. In order to get to it, you need to cross two roads. The distance to the beach is 200 meters, but the traffic is busy and there are no crossings or traffic lights. The hotel guide warned that numerous young people on mopeds often snatched handbags from tourists, so be careful. Further, a walk to the beach will reveal very picturesque landfills and mountains of garbage ...and moreover, this is not just household garbage - bottles of paper, but clothes, construction waste, a discarded refrigerator, etc. But this is the trouble of the whole country. In the capital, in the very center, the situation is not better, but in places worse. Well, to complete the picture - dilapidated and abandoned buildings))) Now the beach itself is equipped with sunbeds, beach chairs and fungi. Clean, with a security guard, the Internet periodically catches from a nearby hotel.
The sea is also clean, not very deep and very warm! Yes, I must say about the location of the hotel - almost in the center of the road between the old part of Hammamet and the new one - Yasmina Hammamet. And there, and there you can take a taxi. To Yasmin for 6 dirhams, to Medina - for 3. In Yasmin, souvenir shops with fixed prices, a beautiful promenade, a port ...In Medina, an old fortress, souvenir shops with pestering sellers, a Muslim cemetery and, in fact, everything ...I recommend to girls go to Nabeul. It also has its own medina, no different from the one in Hammamet, but there is a wonderful CERINA shop with fantastic cosmetics. We reached the Medina in Nabeul, entered the archway, walked forward a little and there will be a store on the right side. Local currency is accepted there, as well as dollars and euros. The funds are really very good, already tested on myself) A little more about the location of the hotel.
Opposite there is a small grocery store, with a very strange opening hours. If you need to buy some small change, you need to go to the left of the hotel and on both sides of the road you can buy water, bread, fruit, cigarettes. The nearest supermarket La Royale, which has a much larger selection of products and alcohol, is located somewhere 800m from the hotel, they also got out, crossed the road and left ....Well, in the same place, from the hotel to the left, just do not cross the road - the fantastic confectionery Blue Moon, where divine cakes are sold for mere pennies! Now a little about the excursion "Carthage-Sidi-bou-Said". It costs 75 dirhams. First stop in the capital to visit the world's largest mosaic museum...what can I say, not impressed. Next is Carthage. Interesting history, beautiful view of the bay, shade of olive trees and date palms... beautiful!
Then lunch in the capital, a buffet, further along the route, an observation deck near the Church of St. Louis - a very beautiful view from there and, the final stop, Sidi Bou Said. Beautiful town, unique and unforgettable! I recommend everyone to see it. Have a nice trip, friends)

The interiors and patio are like in an oriental fairy tale. We got a good room without any extra charges. For breakfast, French baguettes + jam + butter + egg (or cake) + tea, coffee, cocoa + juice. Dinner is just amazing! For 8 evenings never repeated. On the first evening, an excellent onion soup was served. There was also lasagna and oriental dishes (cous-cous). Opposite the hotel there is a shop where there is everything you need: tea, bread, yoghurts, cheese, canned food, essentials. There is a supermarket in the city near the Medina. Although in supercarkets sometimes they cheat more than in small shops. We went by minibus to Nabeul. 25 minutes by minibus (more comfortable and faster than by bus, the price is almost the same). There is a lot of ceramics in Nabeul - eyes run wide, it costs a penny. There is also a great supermarket (bought divine olives). Old medina and the most famous cafe of Hammamet) 20 minutes walk by sea. In the opposite direction in a 15-minute walk - Villa Sebastian with a botanical garden. Entrance 5 dinars. In general, for a 3 * hotel justifies itself. 5 minutes walk to the sea. There is garbage along the way, but there is enough of it in principle in the cities of Tunisia. The hotel has a nice pool - quiet, small, cozy. Basically, Europeans rest near it. The main contingent of tourists - Russians. In general, for the money - a great hotel, a wonderful holiday.

For dinner, the ordered and such a welcome wine was carried for a very long time, as well as other drinks. In general, in Tunisia, one more glaring, in my opinion, fact should be noted: in many hotels it was strictly forbidden to bring food and drinks purchased outside the territory hotel. What kind of rooms are these ? ! - a rather dirty beach of our hotel in Hammamet, but this is not so bad compared to the state of the seabed (many stones). by the way, the municipal beach, located not so far and everything in that part of Hammamet-Sud, is much better! The condition of the room, the quality of its cleaning was quite satisfactory. Good swimming pool. Interesting animation.

We went on excursions to Tunisia and the Sahara, to Nebul and Phrygia Zoo, to the old city and to Yasmine Hammamet, to Villa Sebastian.

The bath pleased me, though the water is HARD, the soap does not lather... View from the room I was pleased: there is greenery all around, there is a swimming pool below, but from early morning they don’t let me sleep... roosters from the neighbors’ yard, the locals don’t care that tourists need to sleep... They fed me so-so, many were not satisfied with the lack of a buffet... The beach is very good , but on weekends there are NO PLACES for hotel guests !! ! All sunbeds are occupied by the local population, there is a brisk trade in beer and pizza, the beachboy business is booming. . . Everything is inexpensive in stores, from fruits to genuine leather, and, of course, an excursion to the Sahara -It's unforgettable!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !
