Hello everyone! Our vacation was excellent! Everything about the hotel was perfect – the wonderful amenities, landscaping, beach, pools, room, service, etc. My first concern was the lack of attention from the waiters in the restaurant. After contacting management, everything was resolved. It hasn't happened since. There were flies, but that wasn't the hotel's fault. They were in the area where the fish was being prepared (outside). It's unlikely that this could have been fixed. And the biggest nuisance – smoking. Everywhere! Strangely, it was the Europeans who were smoking! And completely oblivious to everyone else! But again, this isn't a problem with the hotel, but with the guests!
