Spent 6 nights there. I couldn't wait to fly. I went because I did not believe the negative reviews, I thought that people were picky and exaggerated. That I am, like, an ascetic and the main thing for me is the sea, and I lived many times and in two stars with pleasure, including in Tunisia.

So, folks, don't be fooled. Everything that is written in the negative reviews is true. And people do not exaggerate, but even downplay due to good breeding and delicacy, I guess. Spare your money, time and nerves.

This hotel will suit you only if:

- you have an impenetrable nervous system, and you do not react to any external stimuli. As well as an impenetrable immune system and the complete absence of disgust, not to mention the complete absence of at least any aesthetic taste.
- you have a complete lack of at least any expectations from the rest, with the exception of the presence of grub and booze (forgive me for calling a spade a spade), regardless of their quality.

- at home you live in very poor social and living conditions. In some barracks without "amenities" with some drunk and brawler. Then yes, maybe you will have a rest in this unfortunate hotel. Because the "convenience" is still there. Sticky, scary, miserable and smelly, but there is. And alcoholics with brawlers are not in your room, but behind the doors and behind the walls. From where they are perfectly audible, however.

- you are a masochist by nature and you like it when in exchange for your money you get inconvenience and problems, as well as rudeness and neglect.

And it's highly desirable that you have two or more than two conditions satisfying those "ifs". Then, you may even be satisfied and write to this hotel thanks.
To all the rest who do not fall under any of the above categories, and to all the same ascetics like me who travel overseas and are ready to live in a tent and eat doshirak, if only the sea is nearby, I will say - a tent and doshirak are an order of magnitude, no several orders of magnitude better and cooler than this Le Zenith.

Because in Le Zenith:

- you will not sleep because of the constant loud and annoying noise from various sources of this noise - creaking, knocking and rattling in the wind components of the hotel itself (loose roof, doors, windows, etc. ), running and screaming in the corridors from 6 a. m. to 2 a. m. Arab children, adult relatives of these children constantly chirping in the same corridors, screaming music from disco and animation, an electric train 50 meters from the hotel, a rooster screaming from 4 a. m. under the windows , engines and generators humming under the windows, etc.;
- you will suffer from wretchedness and dirt on every corner, from laziness and rudeness of the majority of staff, from poor quality food.

And for all of the above, you also pay.

By the way, about the rudeness and neglect of most of the staff - your smiles, politeness, reasonableness and competence of requests, knowledge of languages will not save you from this, do not hope. Because you are a) Russian; b) arrived at a relatively inexpensive hotel, which means suckers. Exhaustive reasons not to put you in anything, according to the majority of the “workers” there.

You will not find a normal sea near this hotel either. "The hotel's own beach" is a natural garbage dump. Not a place for people, but for dogs. Literally. There live 4 or five constantly barking dogs, some of them not even on a leash - the property of the local scourge, apparently. In the sea next to this "beach" sewage flows, this is understandable even before reaching the sea because of the characteristic "ambre".
The shores nearby are not much better, but the hotel's beach is the apotheosis of dirt, trash and wretchedness.

I would have known in advance what kind of garbage dump it was under the guise of a three-star hotel, I would not have flown, even if I had been paid extra.

The fact that Sanmar sells tours to such hotels is a shame and a disgrace! How is it necessary to despise people in order to settle them in such conditions, passing it off as a “3-star hotel”? ?

And Mr. Lotfi, about whom everyone writes so much, is very nice and sympathetic, yes. As well as several of his other employees. But it doesn't change the essence at all.
