I have a special thanks to the animator and manager. We arrived at the hotel at night, the child and I were even called out of the queue and we were the first to be accommodated. Everything was very fast. We were given a great room with a good view. I was very happy with everything, the children were delighted. Very attentive and friendly staff. This hotel was recommended to me by my operator, but also chose the value for money. We were offered this hotel, we read for it on different sites and we liked it, and the price at that time was very pleasant. What could be expected is what we got. All was good. They deserve high praise precisely for their attitude towards vacationers. This is a city-style hotel, everything is clean and tidy. Nearby there are shops and cafes, you could go and look at the local beauties, everything is very fast in terms of location. They constantly came up with something, made some innovations, always tried to surprise. For 3ki - this is just a wonderful hotel.
