I traveled with my husband, 2 year old child and mother. We are a young couple, we wanted a not very noisy holiday, BUT not to such an extent !! ! There are only old people in the hotel (60-80 years old) and everyone over 50! There are practically no young people (except for the newlyweds who decided to spend their honeymoon, the hotel is very beautiful, the territory, the sea, the beach). Resting mostly French old people. It seems that they are brought here to live in a nursing home! There were cases when grandfather became ill in a restaurant, and more than once, a very unpleasant sight. . . The only plus of the hotel is its large green area! The hotel itself is VERY VERY old! When we arrived in the evening we were shocked! Everything is old, shabby, like a hospital. Changed the number, choosing from 3 (all old with poor repair). There are 4 swimming pools on the territory, 1 children's and 1 indoor, in all but the indoor one there was always cold water, especially in the children's one, icy! There are 3 slides (1 did not work). Animation is weak. FOOD: THIS IS A NIGHTMARE!! ! There is no meat!! ! Just bones and joints! There are few fish - they will scatter it right away! Mostly vegetables, some salads. There was also not enough tea, there were not enough dishes, there were practically no sweets and fruits! Compared to Egypt (we rested 3 times in different 4 * hotels), food is 3! The only thing is good drinks - juices, natural coffee and alcohol (wine, cocktails are really good). In addition to the main restaurant, there are 5 a la carte. )))) only the name))) every day there is a queue to sign up for dinner. But it's not worth it! We went to an Asian restaurant 1 time and did not risk it the next 4. NIGHTMARE! During our vacation, we realized that almost all hotels in Tunisia are very old, 1950-1960. the buildings. Hammamet itself is not very clean (not counting the Yasmine Hammamet promenade). It's super-everything is clean and more or less new hotels. We went on a trip to Carthage. Tunisia itself is a more European country, we liked it more than Egypt (people, staff, etc. ) The sea and sand are just a fairy tale, the sea is like a mirror, turquoise, the sand is like white-white semolina. . . You can walk along the beach, no one kicks you out, the territory of the hotels is not fenced like in Egypt. We walked along the beach on foot to the old town of Hammamet (to the Medina). In general, you can put a tick that you visited Tunisia. But we won't go back there. . Unfortunately the holiday didn't go well. . . The memory left a pleasant impression only from the sea and sand)))
