I would like to share my experience of staying at this hotel. My wife and I went there in October 2010.
The hotel is located on a city street. Pretty noisy. To the beach -300 meters, you need to cross two roads. The hotel is relatively comfortable as a 3 *. The number given is not bad. The staff speak their own Arabic and French, some in poor English. The first impression of the hotel was positive, except that the manager at the reception on the very first day tried to cheat when exchanging currency.
The trouble happened on the third day of our holiday. Right on the beach of the hotel in the morning where we came to swim, they stole my shorts in which there was a phone and a camera. Stole - while we were swimming. I will not describe all the details of this event, but to this day I still have a strong suspicion that the so-called security guard on the beach was involved in the theft, and another one rubbed with him there - he offered women massage services. We reported the incident to the administration, they suggested that we file a complaint with the police, which we did. As I later understood, the function of the police there is mainly to accept your application (if accepted) and issue you a certificate that you were robbed. They have forms of certificates prepared on forms in French (apparently they have to issue often). The police immediately reassured us so that we had no illusions regarding the search for the stolen. In a word, the police there are as cool as us. We tried to forget about what happened, so as not to spoil the rest of the holiday. Thank God nothing else bad happened. The hotel administration apologized for what happened for a long time, but there were no concrete proposals in the form of compensation for material and moral damage.

Continuation followed upon arrival in Kyiv. It turns out that this black cockroach, who stole the phone, managed to slander on it, say, for a large amount of money on roaming. (I had a service contract with a mobile operator). I found out about this when I came to restore the number.
I flatly refused to pay, and for more than a year I had to defend my innocence in the courts at the claim of the mob operator. I won the case. But here's what I want to warn you about. When I needed the help of a travel company, from which I bought tickets through their travel agent, namely, the Tui travel company, none of this company helped me. I needed them to ask their representative in Hammamed to get a more specific certificate from the police for the court. They brushed me off like an annoying fly. “We do not work with private individuals! How did you get here? etc. " There, I remember at B. Vasilkovskaya 72, Artem, the manager for Tunisia, was still working there. I managed without their help, but you know, God forbid something unpleasant happens to you on these holidays - rely only on yourself. We are interested in travel companies only as potential buyers of their goods. But then they don’t bear any responsibility for tourists (at least they evade it in every possible way) and don’t count on help from them either.
