I stayed at the hotel with my husband in late August-early September. We arrived late in the evening, around 22. Even though dinner was over, we were served a table with snacks. Initially settled in a regular room, with access to the courtyard. We didn’t like it, for an extra charge we settled in a room with a view of the "sea" - that's what they call it. Actually overlooking the pool. But there was a big advantage - a room on the first floor. We went out of the room to the pool (walk 10 meters), sunbathed on the lawn. The big advantage is that no one occupied our sunbeds, they were right next to the entrance to our room. The hotel lived only instorantsy (Spaniards, Italians, British). For 10 days I did not hear Russian speech. What a blessing!! ! Like in the center of Europe! Meals were on the Half Board system (breakfast and dinner). That was enough for us. The food is so-so, sometimes they cooked something tolerable (meat on a spit, fried fish), but mostly couscous, oriental salads with pasta, pink sausage. The nose among this "variety" could please oneself with something.
The hotel is located in the city, there are many restaurants and supermarkets around. The lack of food was made up by going to the supermarket. We went on a 2-day excursion to the Sahara (visited a number of Tunisian cities, traveling the country along and across). Very educational and varied. I recommend it to everyone - everyone was delighted with swimming in the waterfall in the heat. We liked the camel ride in the desert, jeep safari in the dunes most of all. There is no animation at the hotel, but we don’t need it, there are a lot of water activities on the beach (sail, ski, scooter, parachute, banana). Despite the fact that we were warned about a mediocre holiday in this country, we were satisfied. Impressions are only positive.
