Just arrived from Tunisia. Rested from May 31 to June 10.2009 at the Vincci Taj Sultan Hotel in Hammamet. I don't know how, but I liked everything! Neat and stylish hotel. Everything is very nice and well maintained. The rooms are spacious, the floors are tiled, there are rugs near the bed. Everything is very clean and pleasant.
I had half board and it suited me just fine. The restaurant has a buffet. Tea, coffee, juices and water are free for breakfast. (For breakfast, you can take freshly squeezed orange juice - 2 dinars). The food is quite varied, you can always choose something!
The territory of the hotel is tidied up very neatly, very stylishly decorated (the landscape designer did a good job). There are plenty of sun loungers on the beach and around the pools. Towels - you can take bail, but I brought my own from home. The beach is clean, tidy and well maintained. On the beach there are no strangers from other hotels or local residents, except that numerous merchants walk.

In the evening, the wind picked up from the sea, so wearing long sleeves will not hurt! The tippet helped me a lot. In the evening, an animation program, first for children, and then for adults (performances, discos).
Maybe the hotel is not the best for families with small children, but Europeans have a rest with families, even with very small children!
There are few Russians in the hotel, mostly French, Spaniards, Italians, Germans ...It is better to go with at least a minimum knowledge of the language (in English it is quite easy to communicate there, everything is clear). Traders in the markets - master Russian.
The hotel has a tallaso-center "Olimp", so you can take a course of tallasotherapy right there! (It's very convenient that you don't have to go somewhere special). You can choose a course for 1.4, 6 days, or take separate procedures.
As elsewhere in the hotel it is forbidden to bring food and drinks.
But we calmly went to a store located not far from the hotel, bought what we needed, put it in a bag and passed.
In general, I was satisfied with my vacation. I want to go back to Tunisia! And skeptics can see that there is always something to dig even in the 7-star hotel! Everyone gets what he initially wants!

P. S. The only thing that leaves much to be desired is the work of the Pegasus manager in charge of Hammamet.
