Personally, I was in Tunisia for the second time. I took my mother to rest from May 7 to May 14.2011. I was worried that the second round might be boring. But…
The hotel was chosen spontaneously, the day before departure. I liked the territory and reviews of tourists. As it turned out, in reality the hotel is even cooler. About everything in order for lovers of details.
Greetings: at Enfidha airport we were met by representatives of TUI Travel, shown to the transfer. The road to the hotel was fascinating, as it was accompanied by interesting stories from the guide Leila. After about 1 hour and 40 minutes, we were met at the entrance to the hotel, took away our luggage (from the moment we got on the bus, I never took my luggage in hand), and offered to sit on the sofas in the hall. A minute later they brought a cold fruit cocktail. And after another two minutes, they put on hotel bracelets and took me to a room with a sea view (they paid in Kyiv). Very friendly and good-natured staff: always with a sincere sparkling smile, which makes you feel warm and comfortable. The whole vacation was a feeling that you are at home, among your big family.

Infrastructure: the hotel has three swimming pools (children's, adult outdoor, adult indoor with a temperature of 33 degrees), the main restaurant with a summer terrace, two bars (one in the hotel lobby, the second by the pool), an a la carte restaurant, a thalassotherapy center (try massage rosemary oil - 30 minutes of real pleasure), hairdresser, shop (prices are the same as in the town itself, so don't try to look for cheaper), lots of tables by the pool and on the beach. I was surprised by the beach with its soft white sand and cleanliness around (I mean only the territory of the hotel, since it is very dirty in the country itself, all the garbage is thrown right under your feet).
Meals: daily ice cream and juices, a variety of drinks (water, fanta, cola, sprite, vodka, wine (red, white, rose), beer, cocktails, tea, coffee of various varieties), 3 types of meat products, 3 types of fish daily, vegetables, fruits, potatoes, pasta, couscous (national dish), 3-4 types of pizza daily, soups (vegetable, chicken cream soup, tomato), twice in 7 days there were shrimp and pancakes with seafood, sweets (similar on biscuit cakes and custard cakes) and much more.
People: all the hotel staff are always with a sincere smile, each of them is ready to help you (and even without a dollar). Even if you do not know the language (English, French, Italian, Arabic, because these languages are spoken in the hotels of Tunisia), you can explain yourself with gestures and a smile and you will always be understood. The restaurant staff is so professional in their work that Ukrainian waiters have a lot to learn from them. Wine is always opened in the presence of a tourist, regardless of whether you drink one glass or a whole bottle. Tables are always decorated with white tablecloths. You will not have time to put the cutlery on an empty plate, as the waiter will immediately remove the dishes from the table. Special thanks to the animation team, especially to Jimmy and Beale. The guys gave an unforgettable holiday!
Also respect to the administrator at the reception Farid for help in solving organizational issues and for sincere concern.
In a word, if you want real relaxation, a radical change of scenery, an opportunity to think about your values and learn from people who value spirituality and their family, welcome to Tunisia Thalassa Mahdia!
