Went to this hotel from July 15 to July 24.2009 with my mother (I am 26 years old). The host was Express tour. The hotel was chosen according to the following factors: only 5 *, food according to the All inclusive system, not very high cost of the trip. As a result, we settled on the Vincci Nour Palace hotel and a Nouvelle Air charter flight. I’ll make a reservation right away that I am not a particularly demanding tourist, but I really like elementary comfort and delicious food.
At Domodedovo Airport, check-in began on schedule, departure on schedule, from this point of view, there are no complaints. The food on board is just terrible - I got poisoned. Not much, but coming to the resort with a spoiled state of health is not the most pleasant thing. On the plane, cards were handed out, they began to fill them out - take pens - the staff will not offer anything to write. The cards must be in the pocket of the first row of seats, if you make a mistake, you can take a new one. We arrived and went through passport control fairly quickly. True, at first only two racks worked and, accordingly, huge queues formed. A few minutes later, all the racks opened. Met by representatives of the Express Tour. They quickly told me which bus to go to and where to look for it. Found very easily. The driver met me about twenty meters from the bus, took my things and laid everything out himself. We arrived around 15:30, and already at 17 minutes I was on the beach. So the road is not boring at all. During the journey, the guide Irina told us about what and how in our hotels (quite informative). Check-in at the hotel was very fast. We were seated in the lobby bar, brought a cold drink, handed out cards and bracelets. It took me about 5 minutes to fill out the cards. I was offered a room key and immediately offered a sea view for a small surcharge. I said that I would first look at my number, and then decide. When ordering the tour, I stipulated that I need a room no lower than the 3rd floor. Dali on the 4th. Our room was the last one in the corridor. Accordingly, it is very quiet. But there were two minuses - they cleaned somewhere after three or four hours. In addition, the view from the room - on a wasteland and a construction site. I was not interested in this - I don't spend much time in the room. We decided not to change. Furniture throughout the hotel is very old. I got the feeling that the hotel is not 2002, but 1982! The mini bar is very old, empty, but worked properly. The air conditioner cooled the room instantly. Bathroom combined. Small balcony. The room seemed relatively clean at first glance, but there were no pillowcases on the pillows! I went to the reception and asked to send the maid. I have a problem with the bed. To which he begins to torture me what kind of problem. Well, I don’t remember how the pillowcase will be in English. As a result, I had to call Moscow and ask to look in the dictionary. Looked. I had to explain for 15 minutes what the problem was, because. the porter replied that such a thing could not be. After about 15 minutes, he decided to stop discussing it and sent a maid there. And lo and behold, pillowcases appeared! After such a beginning, the desire to leave a tip to the maids disappeared. And when she looked under the bed, where the dust was just swirling, she didn’t leave it on principle. The reception speaks English, French, Italian, well, local. The maids only understand French and Arabic. The restaurant waiters at a minimum level speak English and German. But this level is enough.
Solved the problem, went to the beach. There are not enough sun loungers and umbrellas, there are no changing cabins and showers at all. Sunbeds and umbrellas - free of charge. The beds are squashed. Towels can be taken on deposit at the reception (do not forget the receipt - otherwise the money will not be returned! ). You can change towels as often as you like. Merchants walk along the beach every half a minute. As soon as the voice of one ceases, the next follows. They advertise their product very loudly. Whites are treated mercilessly. Those who are already tanned are not touched. The sea itself is shallow. The bottom is solid sand. There is absolutely no point in wearing a mask. In addition, small pieces of water are reserved for the beaches, and then boats drive those who wish to ride on all sorts of things (banana, sonar... ). Prices for these activities are indicated on the billboard immediately at the entrance to the beach. In addition, there is volleyball on the beach (seems to be free), aerobics is carried out in the sea. Algae were only a couple of days - when it was very stormy. The water is very warm. There have never been jellyfish (even the smallest ones).

After the beach we went to dinner. We immediately got to the evening of Tunisian cuisine. It takes place once a week, on Wednesdays. On other days of the week, Tunisian cuisine is presented in a special corner. Sometimes there are very interesting dishes. The food is very varied. I didn't like the salads - they are clearly from what's left. And there is always a good choice. And fish and meat and vegetables, pizza, all sorts of casseroles, meat or fish are fried and grilled in front of you. A special case is a sweet table and fruits - sometimes they managed only with them, because. I didn't want anything anymore. I didn’t like breakfast - poor thing - I had fruit for breakfast. Irritating queues for food, especially at lunchtime and the need to look for a free table - because. all tables are either occupied or dirty or reserved. For a couple of days we hung around for different waiters. At the third dinner, we got to the boy, with whom we continued to stay. He's just a douche! My name is Sabri. He was left one dinar each (only after dinner). For this money, a table was always occupied for us, drinks were cooled, and dirty dishes disappeared from the table just like lightning! In general, as I looked, almost no one leaves a tip in a restaurant. The restaurant has two other problems, both of which are very unpleasant: flies and sparrows. The flies are very annoying, and the sparrows fly into the hall, sit on the chandeliers and then they don’t steal, no - it’s getting worse! In short, wash yourself in the nearest toilet. (by the way, dirty to obscene)
The hotel has two A la carte restaurants. Once a week, by appointment, they can be visited free of charge. But I do not advise - much tastier in an ordinary restaurant.
The feeding schedule is approximately the following - from 6 to 9 - breakfast, from 12:30 to 14:30 - lunch, from 18:30 to 21:00 - dinner. There are also fruits and sweets in the grill bar during the day. But not for a long time. From this, I concluded that this is not All Inclusive in the sense in which I am used to (that is, there is hot food at least in one of the food places all day), but full board and drinks. Drinks can be taken in any of the bars except the American and Mauritanian cafes - there for money. Bottled water is available at the lobby bar.
The organization of excursions unpleasantly surprised me - constant delays, guides are rude openly. They simply forgot to pick us up on the boat from the hotel (although after calling the guide they immediately sent a car). If you're interested in details, I can share. I highly recommend going to El Jem yourself (there are taxis right outside the hotel). A taxi back and forth costs 50 dinars. Drive approximately 30 minutes. But there you have as much time as you want! The guide does not tell anything interesting, but only allows himself to be rude, so take a guidebook - you will get more pleasure!
Directly opposite there is a shopping center - all sorts of souvenirs and products of local crafts can be bought there. The shops have fixed prices, air conditioning works. We brought a lot of beautiful scarves.

Our return flight was at 5 am. We were picked up from the hotel around midnight. We got to the airport quickly. It took a maximum of 40 minutes for all the formalities related to registration and other things, and now we are already in the departure hall. And then we realized why people who fly out of Tunisia not for the first time are in no hurry to check in: in the departure hall, the temperature is a maximum of +16 and metal seats. And things are already checked in luggage! I caught a cold and already in flight my temperature began to rise. They took off on time. Back to food! Take something with you! As far as I remember, if the flight lasts more than 3.5 hours, the airline is obliged to provide hot meals! So, we were given one tiny cold croissant each and, for whom it was enough, juice. Who did not have enough - well, okay. And, another unpleasant moment - it was impossible to go to the toilet. both the sink and the toilet itself were clogged with something (i. e. , the water literally stood in them - no attempts to flush or something else gave any result, the appeal to the staff was similar).
Conclusions to do only to you. If you have any questions - write - I will try to answer.
