When choosing a hotel, we were guided by the rating (reviews) and the price seemed attractive, but after arrival we were disappointed.
About everything in order.

Pros:
1. Beautiful, well-groomed territory.
2. Nice beach, entrance to the sea.
3. Animation (although during the day they turn on creepy pop music, sometimes either a group of Leningrad and mothers of small children from all run to the DJ with requests to turn on something else)

Minuses:
1. Internet. Yes, it is paid in the hotel, in the neighboring ones it is free, so often in our corridor (it was just possible to catch the grid of the neighboring hotel) vacationers spent time with tablets and smartphones.
We decided to buy the Internet ($16 per week), as a result, it worked only 2 days and mainly in the hotel lobby, and on the rest of the days - due to weather conditions - there was no connection. As a result, we bought a card for the phone and distributed the Internet from it.
2. Nutrition.
Uniform is putting it mildly.

It’s quite acceptable for girls (I even lost weight on all inclusive), but for men who are used to eating delicious food ...The choice of fish is very poor, meat - chicken and turkey, half of the tables with food are empty, and there is a queue for the other half (minutes 10-15). There is no good black tea (green too), and if you don’t hurry, there won’t be enough cups (similarly with glasses at dinner). Once a week they serve ice cream for dinner. The queue is 20-30 minutes. Every day at 16:00 you can refresh yourself with pancakes with tea / coffee. The queue for 15 minutes, give 1 pancake in hand.
Once a week you can go to an a la carte restaurant, where they will bring you food from the main restaurant with a slight variation (for example, if the main restaurant has separate plates with sausage, cabbage and cucumbers, they will bring you the same but under the guise of a salad), menu in a la carte standard, choose only the cuisine - national, italian...
3. Hotel.
Drinking water 1.5 l is issued by coupons in the bar of the hotel lobby. 1 bottle per hand.
That is, if you brought 2 coupons, then they will still give you one bottle and tell you to come later with the second coupon.
Upon arrival at the hotel, they will give you an A4 sheet with a description of the hotel (diet, animation, spa treatments), but you will not find information about where to get towels, for example, or about the hotel plan. I recommend taking your own towel, because they are issued on bail and if the receipt is lost, the deposit is not returned.
4. Host.
We flew with the tour operator Oasis (the host of Insight travel).
The guide at the hotel was only interested in selling excursions and, preferably, more expensive. Once I heard the Coral travel guide in the lobby telling tourists about the hotel, I learned a lot of new things.
The day before departure, no information was found on the stand about our transfer. We called the guide and heard that since there were two of us, he did not go to our hotel, but the bus would arrive at 6:15 in the morning.
We left at 6:15 in the morning, there was no bus either at 6:20 or at 6:25...
From the third time we got through to the guide and we were told that "Japan is not here for you, if the bus is late for 10-15 minutes - it's okay" : )
In general, this is the worst hotel in our personal rating so far.
