I do not recommend staying at this hotel. Vacationing with my wife. The first negative thing you encounter is catering in a buffet restaurant. Half an hour before a meal, 40 people line up to take a laid table. This is not because there are not enough tables, but because half of them are not set, there are simply no appliances (nothing to eat), or it is pretended that they are busy with someone. But if you give a coin to the waiter, the table is instantly served or vacated, and everyone around you is running and smiling. Everything is done so that you pay the waiter.
For breakfast, you can take drinks (juices) yourself, but already at lunch and dinner, you can only take them through the waiters, which involves tipping. In general, everything in this buffet restaurant works to extort money. If you didn’t give money, you won’t find a free table and a fork (the forks are hidden far away in the cabinets, don’t try to find it yourself, the fork is the currency, the waiter’s gold reserve).
It got to the point that we had a conflict with a waiter named Walid, he found fault with us for no reason, he was rude and pointed at us with his fingers. This went on for 3 days. And all because we did not pay a tip, one wonders why and why should I pay in a buffet restaurant? On the fourth day, passing next to our table, he began to grunt. Then I wanted to go to the police. The issue was resolved thanks to our guide Irina and the management of the restaurant, he was fired at the same moment. I want to thank the director of the restaurant, his deputy and Irina for firing this scoundrel. But the story did not end there, after that some waiters did dirty tricks to us, stole forks, glasses, but they couldn’t do anything, it was funny to watch how they try to harm us. The waiters, though dressed in suits, are real savages.
