When choosing a hotel, we chose a family hotel, where it will be good, first of all, for children, but....
Cons: . 1. We stopped by on July 11, two adults and two children. One is not 4 years old, the second is not a year old. We got there at 9 am!!!! ! Check-in from 14:00. At the reception, I repeatedly approached with a request to check us in early, as the baby was already crying and could not sleep. She offered a surcharge to wash the room herself, but..... a young tall girl pretended that she did not understand anything and referred to "international standards". At the same time, a couple of Muslims arrived and they were immediately settled . . Our baby was already in hysterics. Only after other vacationers began to resent LOUD, we were settled (at 13.40). At the same time, those who are already resting there said that there are FREE rooms... There are no rooms similar to "mother and child" in order to feed the child and put him to bed
2. On this day, we had time to go to breakfast, if you can call it that. You take a plate in your hands, and there is dried food on it !!! ! This is not one plate . . If you run your hand over it, it seems that sand has stuck to the plate. As a result, we had something to eat....At lunch, it was the same with dishes, only worse with tables. The lunch itself is designed for a short period of time. And all vacationers are forced to queue before the opening to take a table.....We did not have time to eat ourselves and feed the children, as vacationers are already standing over their souls and asking if we are leaving. (This question is not for vacationers, but for workers, We need to calculate the number of vacationers and tables!!! ) The men who cleaned the dishes were in very dirty clothes!!!!!

It's good that it was a false alarm, but what if the fire was real? Rescue of vacationers is the work of vacationers themselves ????!!!!!
4. There were a lot of jellyfish only on July 15th. The rest of the days were, but less. There was a lot of grass, but it could be bypassed.
5. Wi-fi worked only at the reception and then if you're lucky.
6. There is no soundproofing in the room, the audibility is excellent. What the neighbors are doing and what they are talking about can be heard perfectly. Although the Germans lived nearby, maybe they were just loud-voiced?
7. Separately, I would like to not very pleasantly mention the administrator from the reception (a tall young girl), who pretended that she did not understand what we were asking her about, did not even know how to call from room to room, did not know the Wi-Fi password, and much more etc. The administrator is the face of the hotel, and after talking with this lady, you understand that there is no order here and never will be. You can kiss her at the workplace and DO NOT SOLVE the problems of vacationers, but just smile sweetly and pretend that you don’t understand anything...
8. There are no fruits as such. You could only buy figs next to the shop at the hotel. Standing in line for watermelons or green peaches with children is not very convenient.

9. When we checked in, there were 2 bars of soap in the room, then we had to beg from the maids . . It's good that they took shampoo and shower gel from home.
10 Flies!!! ! There are sooooo many flies! Have to eat and drive away the flies.
