First impression of Tunisia

Who does the author recommend the hotel to?: For families with children
In June-July 09, we were in this hotel, I can confirm all of the above, only a small difference in payment for the reception (they pretended to be fools and did not pay), my sister and I really know English very poorly (only our children knew 4 minus, they 15 to 16 years old), but they really tried to show us that they don’t understand (the main language is French or Arabic), they tolerate Polish, there are very few Russians (although at the end of the vacation the bartenders got used to us and they already understood us in our bad English). The air conditioner did not work until the end of the holiday, and without it it is very bad (mosquitoes with the door open, and very stuffy with the door closed). Towels are changed strangely - at first dirty ones are taken away (moreover, around 11 am, when you are on the beach), and returned at 4 pm It turns out that you can not enter the room before dinner (unless you have a spare towel with you). The food is monotonous, at the end of the vacation you understand that there is nothing to eat - everything is so tired (although you don’t believe it at the beginning of the vacation), there were only watermelons from fruits (although there were peaches, plums, apricots, etc. in baking). The only consolation was the sea (but it is shallow, like in Anapa). Tennis court, a little in the depth, you have to go through the volleyball field.
The sea is constantly cleaned, there is no such dirt as in Adler, Anapa and other Russian resorts (and we have something to compare with). Water activities are cheaper.
Freight steamers and pleasure boats are not visible in the sea, and if they were very far away, the sea is probably therefore clean. Huge advice to those who go to rest in this hotel - do not sit in one place, 30 minutes from the hotel you can find a store (if you walk towards Monastir) it is like a supermarket, 40 minutes by bus there is an Arab market in Susi (do not be afraid to bargain discount up to 50%). I RECOMMEND an excursion to the Sahara desert (for 2 days) - you won't regret it. And so, the impressions are mediocre, it is better to choose a hotel either in Monastir or Sussi. In summing up, I want to say that the rest here is for adults (couple), families, or for businessmen who want to relax in silence. Nevertheless, I advise you to spend your vacation in a hotel located in the city of Monastir.
