We went from "Oasis" - I highly do not recommend it. The attitude of the guides is disgusting. It would be better if they didn't exist at all. They brought us to the hotel and dropped us off on the road, the guide did not show us where and how!!! ! From the road they showed the direction where the hotel is, and then everything yourself. Having ordered an excursion to Tunisia and Carthage, we didn’t get in, because they simply didn’t pick us up - the guide forgot to inform the bus driver that we need to pick us up. The guide at the hotel Anya is just rude and a liar. There are no words about her and I will complain to the Oasis representative office.
We arrived at the airport not 6 km as described on the websites, but 50 minutes from the hotel, although the airport is new and clean.

It is indicated here that the hotel is 5 * but in fact 4 *, although it draws on 3 * with +. If they offer UALL ultra-inclusive, do not believe it, this hotel offers only ALL inclusive and nothing else. The indoor pool, which is so beautiful in the pictures, is actually PAID. The hotel is very old, which can be seen from the buildings and the territory, and in the pictures on the sites, the hotel appears to be depicted only after construction. At the same time, every day of their stay, they completed something and tried all the same to correct this and that. In general, the territory is not bad, quite large and well-groomed. The reception is beautifully lined with natural stone. The corridors are like labyrinths - many t are tangled - many signs are praised. The central pool is not bad renovated, warm and deep from 1m. up to 2.2m. , this pool is with salt water (there is no pool with fresh water). There is also a children's pool near it, also with sea water. There is a problem with sunbeds, beach workers stole other people's sunbeds for a dinar. I myself saw how people went for a swim or for lunch, and these depas collected things, put them on a chair and carried away the sunbed. True, after complaints from vacationers, more sunbeds were brought, although still not enough for the accepted number of vacationers. Despite the fact that not all rooms were full. We saw several rooms, bullshit bungalows, in the main building the rooms are different, you need to look at a few to choose. After much torment, we got a decent number after cosmetic repairs. In the first one there was no warm water, the air conditioner was turned on / off only with the help of a master called from the reception, there was no remote control from the TV, and the windows did not open, and the front door did not close. Safe at the reception for a deposit of 10 dinars. At the reception they always wave on the course, it is better to change it at the bank, it is an order of magnitude higher there.
The food is normal, once they even served pasta with seafood, if someone goes all the same, then sign up for an ala carte for Spanish cuisine, they serve seafood in the rest, everything is the same that basically only the waiters bring. The bar on the beach is nothing like the two in the central building. there are only local drinks - gin, whiskey, vodka - NATASHA and local Bukha. More menie only gin. At the same time, they pour it reluctantly with a wry look and demand that the dishes be brought back.
Pretty decent entertainment. Lots of animators. Volleyball, tennis, minigolf, aerobics, water polo and much more. We got on the day of the republic and even had fireworks and fire shows in general good.
The sea is beautiful - clean, very warm, sand. The disadvantage - algae and sometimes jellyfish - bite very unpleasantly.
