We were at the hotel from July 24 to August 3. We went because we had to go fast and there was no time to look for something more acceptable. Although we looked at the photos and read the reviews. I want to say that the photos are very "combed", everything is taken from such angles that there is nothing to complain about. Those who write in reviews that this is a normal hotel, apparently have not seen better, so this one is normal for them. To begin with, they don’t give you a number right away, they start asking questions for a long time, hinting that it would be nice to pay first and then get a number. Air conditioners and refrigerators do not work in the rooms, and TVs in some of them. In order for our air conditioner to work, we had to quarrel with the staff all day. The refrigerator did not work, although it was declared in the room, but we were told to immediately forget about it. There are few working refrigerators in the hotel and you can get a working one only for money. A lot of people just paid for those services that are included, but do not work. That's why the hotel staff behave like this. The food was not just terrible, in the dining room the stench was so strong from this food that it was impossible to eat. Large cockroaches crawl in the dining room, a bunch of flies, dirt. There was not enough food for everyone, you constantly stood in line, you also had to wait for forks, knives, there weren’t enough glasses, water machines didn’t work normally, fruits and vegetables were either half-green or already rotten, I’m not talking about diversity at all. After a wild number of complaints in the dining room, the cook was replaced and at least it stopped smelling and stopped giving animal entrails. But again, there was not enough food, people came constantly, and there was no more food. We went to eat in the city, because eating it 3 times a day is not realistic. On the second day, my child started having stomach pains. There were not enough sun loungers and umbrellas on the beach, all places were occupied. You leave at 7 in the morning - everything is already packed. If you went out late, you run the risk of standing or, at best, sitting by the pool. By the end of July, local Tunisians poured into the hotel and Armageddon generally arrived. They were everywhere, at sea, in the pool, wherever they spat, they were everywhere. They bathe in clothes wrapped from heels to top, it's just fine, you swim in a swimsuit, and around you a round dance of dressed women. There was nowhere for an apple to fall in the pool, and no one removes mud and algae in the sea, plastic bottles and plates float near the shore, plus some wild jellyfish in the sea that sting like they hit you with a whip, after that the stung place swells and it hurts for two days. The guides are also of little use, their task is to give you more excursions, and they don’t care about the rest. Our guide was generally very surprised to hear our complaints. She said that this is the worst and most problematic hotel here and did not understand what we want. So, if you want to relax - by no means go to this cesspool, where absolutely everyone spit on you and only want to get money. If I were the host, I would stop working with these hotels, but apparently nobody cares too much there, as long as they pay money.
