That's why the hotel staff behave like this. The food was not just terrible, in the dining room the stench was so strong from this food that it was impossible to eat. There was not enough food for everyone, you constantly stood in line, you also had to wait for forks, knives, there weren’t enough glasses, water machines didn’t work normally, fruits and vegetables were either half-green or already rotten, I’m not talking about diversity at all. By the end of July, local Tunisians poured into the hotel and Armageddon generally arrived. They were everywhere, at sea, in the pool, wherever they spat, they were everywhere. We will not take them with us on the next trip)))) Other maids - nothing, they did not feel dislike for shirts, they laid them out beautifully on the beds. Nutrition. I will say right away - we went to rest and swim in the sea, and not eat. Therefore, they were generally satisfied with the food. Breakfast - cereals, muesli, milk, pastries (yum-yum), scrambled eggs, salads, olives, sausage, etc. Delicious cottage cheese, cheese, cheese. We had enough. I will say right away - we went to rest and swim in the sea, and not eat. Therefore, they were generally satisfied with the food. Breakfast - cereals, muesli, milk, pastries (yum-yum), scrambled eggs, salads, olives, sausage, etc. Delicious cottage cheese, cheese, cheese. We had enough. Lunch - soups, stewed vegetables, boiled-steamed, chicken, beef, lamb, fish, salads. From fruits - melons, watermelons, plums, apples, pears every day. Dinner - the same, plus all sorts of ice cream)))) There are no complaints about food. Total + 2 kg. Horror!!!! ! Sea. Small, not warm, but hot! I take a bath in such water at home))) At the end of the rest it got cold. HURRAH! There is no mud on the beach. Generally. BUT. In the evening brings a lot of algae to the shore. After 8 pm the beach is closed and put in order until the morning. Other garbage is the work of vacationers. People! Don't put out your cigarette butts in the sand and don't bury your rubbish on the beach! That's what trash cans are for. Entertainment. There are no complaints here. Animators people 20 students from all over the world. Children are nursed from morning to evening. They play, draw, sculpt, dig in the sand, prepare concerts. For adults - water aerobics twice a day, Pilates on the beach, learning to dance. Is not boring. In the evening every day a new program after the disco for children. All sorts of programs. More interesting or less. The main thing is to perceive correctly - these are adult children, they play in KVN, dance, come up with skits. We are being entertained. All are very nice and friendly. Well done! Excursions. There are several. I went to Carthage and the capital. Daughter with a friend in the Phrygia reserve. We liked. DON'T WANT TO LEAVE! REST SUCCESSFUL! Let's go back again. But according to the reviews of other unfortunate people from this hotel, we were lucky, since Ukrainians were often given windows on a construction site or already the ruins of hotels located to the left and right of our hotel.
Room cleaning. This is a separate song - I put a wet towel on the floor, I thought they would replace it. It wasn’t there, where it lay there and lies. To change the towel ran after the cleaners, to put the shampoo, again for the cleaning lady. There was no light in the common corridor - the door to the room was found by touch. Appeals to both the staff and the guide did not lead to anything, then they got used to it: when they walked along the corridor, they ran their hand along the wall and when they came across a fire extinguisher hanging opposite our door, then they came.
Sea and beach. We swam in the sea a couple of times and went to a pool of sea water: well, I don’t want to wallow in dirty water with algae, walk on sand with grass and cigarette butts and other dirt. Also, sellers of all sorts of nonsense, horses, smelly camels constantly ply along a very narrow strip of sand called the "beach"...
At a meeting with the guide, they brought us information that they were brought here mainly from former socialist countries - draw conclusions.
So, go to this hotel again, no, you better try it if you want.

We decided not to bathe and go to breakfast, at the reception we asked that the room be cleaned as soon as possible, because. we came with a child 1 year and 10 months old, and we want to sleep from the road. After breakfast, we went to explore the surroundings, returned to the room at 11 o'clock, nothing was cleaned. We went to the reception, the manager immediately came, allowed the cleaner, she reluctantly came to our room and they began to swear in Arabic, and the cleaner screamed and waved her arms as if we were not tourists, but beggars. The manager herself began to make the bed, we decided not to bathe and go to bed.
What can I say about the hotel, it looks like a boarding house in the Leningrad region, long corridors covered with carpets, the rooms are modest. According to the category of the hotel, this is 4 *, but in reality it is barely 3 *, the food is meager, monotonous, there is nothing for children !!!
Do not bring children here, everything is spicy, tomato, there is no mashed potatoes, no fries, no hamburgers, no soups (except tomato-spicy ones), pepper-fried chicken. An adult will still find something to eat (delicious pancakes, croissants, desserts, fruits), and children eat only croissants and pancakes for breakfast, fruits and watermelons for lunch, for dinner, God forbid they eat pizza or pasta. There is little meat, only chicken and turkey, and then, behind them there are terrible queues, almost a fight for pieces.
The sea is a completely separate issue. THE SEA IS NOT HERE!!! ! It is a lie that there are practically no algae, there is no normal sea, but there is a lot of algae! Algae are indeed removed from the shore, but in the water, as in a swamp, there is kwacha, vile, slimy green algae, and so on for 10 meters, until normal sea water begins.
Regarding the cleaning of the rooms... well, how can I say, we are here for the fifth day, and for the first time since the moment we checked in, they threw out the garbage, wiped (if I may say so) the floor, and gave clean towels, before that the cleaning lady walked around our floor, but did not tidied up, to our complaints at the reception, they answered that they would figure it out. Every day we left money for the cleaning lady, but since she did not come to us, she did not take the money either. In general, when I saw the cleaning lady in the corridor, I left the room and shouted in Russian "eklmn, when will you clean up with me? " The cleaning lady didn't come. And when I began to resent, I immediately ran in and sort of tidied up, with a forced smile.
The animation is really good, the guys are great, they are trying, attracting people, I am not a fan of participating in competitions and no one is forcibly pulling, everything is voluntary.
The attitude towards Russians is good, there is no difference between Poles, Czechs and Russians, I did not notice rudeness and dirty proposals or rudeness.
In general, the hotel disappointed us very much, last year we rested in Hamamet in the top three, food, service were better. In general, if you are going to Prima, forget about the food, the sea and the service, this is a purely pool-sunny holiday. But it's not worth the money paid.
