Hi all! I stayed at this hotel on July 13-25.2012. On the first day, I tasted all the "charms" of the hotel - non-working air conditioning and poor food. It was the first time abroad, so I have nothing to compare with, but after looking at the hotels that I visited during the gathering of tourists on excursions, I can say that Cleopatra and Kantaui Residence were clearly worse than the other three-star hotels. At first I was glad that I didn’t even have ants like the others, but my happiness came to an end on the third day, they began to calmly walk around even on the bed. After numerous complaints from tourists who, unlike me, had visited hotels in other countries, they gave me a FAN. Only in Tunisia did I realize the full value of this most brilliant invention of mankind, because my air conditioning. didn't work in the room. After complaints from tourists with a small child (thank God that I left my daughter at home), my air conditioning. earned somewhere on the fourth day. Everything would be fine, but. . . Water ran from it to the floor, and since the room was cleaned every five years, it was extremely disgusting. Thanks to the knowledgeable people who advised me to tip the cleaner, after two dinars she began to remember me more often, but the ants settled with me for the entire two weeks of my stay. The buffet was, in my opinion, twice in two weeks, but the food was still barely a C grade, and the breakfasts were monotonous - sometimes a croissant or a cake, yogurt, butter, jam and an egg. It seems to me that I won’t be able to eat all of the above for another five years, because it was every morning. And yes - I forgot - also "juice", we did this in the mid-nineties - water and yupi powder or Zuko-ha-hablin - such nostalgia. But I didn't drink it. All arriving tourists had to kiss Sergei's feet, because after his scandal, all tour operators knew about the charms of Cleopatra and transferred tourists to other hotels without any problems and with meager surcharges. It was so funny - I was already ready to bet on how many hours tourists would ask their tour operators to change hotels. I listened to the hotel staff about the departing tourists - they were all impartial, I was even ashamed to leave devastation in the room, that I cleaned up a little before leaving, and I wanted to hand over the fan to the manager (maybe the hotel workers are spying them? ), but, unfortunately, the manager of this hotel preferred that day to work in this hotel to a pleasant pastime with Ukrainian girls. While I'm interrupted, if I remember something interesting, I'll write more. P. S - what a nasty fish they had - brrrrrrrrrrrrrrr.
