Ужас!!!! Horror!!!!

We got to this hotel in August 2014. Thank God that the ticket was only for 7 days. During this time, we received a lot of impressions, which spoiled the rest by 90%. The rooms were cleaned only 2 times, the drain tank did not work. Most importantly, theft is flourishing: they stole money from me that was hidden deep in a bag, they rummaged through my friends’ suitcases, while not hiding any traces at all. Someone had stolen jewelry that they did not have time to hand over to the safe. There is no sense from the police and the hotel administration !!! ! The director generally justified the situation by saying that the staff, they say, are from the desert, that they are wild and you can’t explain to them that poking around in other people’s things is not good !!! ! For the first time I heard an excuse for theft....they climbed from friends in bags, in cosmetic bags, in suitcases, they stole not only money and jewelry from someone, but also a trifle, such as glasses! And if the little things, then the conditions are bad: there was no hot water, in the evening cold water poured in a trickle, there were a lot of ants, there were often no problems with light in the corridors. There was no sense of security. In general, this hotel is not designed to receive foreign tourists!! ! I warn everyone!!!! !
