Good afternoon.

We went to this hotel on the advice of a travel agent, she said that this is a normal hotel, people go there all the time and everyone is happy. Don't believe it, it's all complete nonsense. In fact, it turned out to be the WORST HOTEL I have ever seen, DON'T GO THERE! Yes, and Tunisia is not a very attractive country. But first things first.

So, what caused dissatisfaction with the condition and service of the hotel...
The hotel is without any repair, even a hint of repair, everywhere there is a dirty carpet, which was not cleaned with a vacuum cleaner, but swept with brooms, and even then not every day.
Elevators did not work regularly, we had to get to our floor by a working elevator, that is, by an elevator used by hotel employees who took out garbage and dirty bedding on it.
The smell was indescribable, the floors were stained with smudges of various colors and smells.

In a room with a sea view (by the way, we paid an additional $ 40 for this, because the hotel workers said that a sea view is for a fee, but they didn’t give us any receipt) the air conditioner did not work and twice for our stay cut off hot water.
The rooms were cleaned, if you only leave the money for the maid on the bed. There were Muscovites with us in the next room, so they found a bug in the bed, photographed it (it’s a pity that we didn’t throw off this photo from them).
There was no variety at breakfast, lunch and dinner, there was always not enough food, the hotel staff looked so that we did not impose a lot of food. Cutlery (except for a spoon) was hidden by the waiters. Once I asked for a teaspoon, the waiter took it out of his pants pocket, wiped it on himself, and offered it to me.
There was no hair dryer or TV in the rooms. Shampoo was not provided, but only bad smelling soap. When we bought ourselves a normal soap in the store, they stopped giving us such a thing.
Terrible animation, no animation at all, no cultural program, bad audio equipment, sound engineer. The cultural program is limited to bingo or stupid dance competitions.

The beach is not private, public, sunbeds are paid, the sea is dirty, algae are everywhere.

The hotel staff does not speak English at all, with the exception of a couple of people, and then their level is limited to the words "Thank you" "How much" "Cola", they are generally not capable of related sentences, they communicate with facial expressions.

The pool is not a flowing cesspool, the water in which is not cleaned, not changed, but simply topped up from a hose, access to the pool is open to all local yard children, which they willingly use.

As you communicate with the guests of the hotel (these are, for the most part, Arabs, Egyptians, etc. )
, there are no Europeans at all, all Europeans rest in good hotels in Sousse like marhaba or riadh palms) it turned out that 10 days of staying here for breakfast and dinner cost 6t rubles, while we paid 30t per person for all inclusive.

All the Russians who came to the hotel, and the foreigners were also just in shock, this hotel is not 3 stars, and not even 2, one maximum. Complaints did not help anywhere, the guides simply did not pick up the phone and ignored our complaints.

As for Tunisia itself, it's just a WILD HOLE! After the revolution, there is rubbish everywhere, unemployment, lawlessness, no traffic rules are observed, pedestrians are not allowed through, stinks are everywhere.
The Tunisian guys were generally obnoxious, they hadn’t received everything on the scoreboard for a long time, I was traveling with a girl, so not only did they pester her, seeing that I was standing next to them and that she was, to put it mildly, disgusted with them, they also laid over a three-story building if you won’t buy some kind of magnet or arafatka, but this is written all over the Internet, I don’t say amazing things to anyone now.

In general, if you want to commit suicide, then do not hesitate to go to this hotel, the situation there is very conducive to this, but we are preparing a claim to reimburse us for part of the cost of the trip and moral damage, for us these 2 weeks of "rest" turned out to be a real torment and hell on earth.

I am attaching a couple of photos of the dining room, corridors and elevator, admire it.
