I decided to write about my trip with my family so that others would not repeat our mistakes. When I read negative reviews about this hotel, I thought that it was inadequate for snickering tourists who demanded top five from the top three or the intrigues of competitors. But in reality, all the negative reviews turned out to be true!
The worst thing about this hotel is the food - when we went to dinner in the evening upon arrival, after the first attempt to try something from the taken, I burst into tears. You can eat only watermelons, sometimes potatoes or vermicelli and chopped tomatoes (if you guess in which bowl they are unpeppered). Sometimes you can eat chicken (when it is fresh), but my husband and child are allergic to chicken : ( If you are told that in Tunisia all food is spicy - do not believe it - we ate in several cafes - everywhere the food was normal and peppered in moderation. This hotel specially peppers food so that tourists eat less - they save.
The next moment - upon check-in, everyone is settled in the main building, where the reception is - in this building the rooms are large, but the air conditioners are old and do not cool, but drive the air, besides, they are installed at the level of the beds and hum terribly. Falling asleep with the air conditioner on is not possible. Sleeping without air conditioning - opening the windows will not work either - you will be bitten by mosquitoes. If you cover the curtains or shutters - fresh air does not enter. Mosquito repellent will not do anything, because. you can only turn it on in the bathroom, where there is a single outlet.

Add to that the awful smell from the sheets. Of the six sheets (2 each), only 2 were ironed. We asked the manager to replace the wrinkled sheets, he nodded and brought the same ones! (among them, one was ironed, the rest even had other people's short hair).
If you are traveling with a family, or a boy and girl couple, then there are chances that you will be moved to a bungalow closer to the beach. If there are 2 women, the chances of resettlement are less. The bungalows have smaller rooms, but there are new air conditioners that are cold and placed under the ceiling. With clean sheets, the dream managed to negotiate with the woman who cleaned our place - she gave me a dinar, and she stroked everything to me : )
Out of 7 days, 4 spent on excursions, ate these days on the side. Thus, they did not allow themselves to spoil the rest.
The guide on excursions to the Sahara frankly made fun of our hotel with the driver - this hotel is considered to be the worst among them. We talked with other tourists from other triplets - everywhere the food was normal and the linen was clean. And slides for children worked.
In general, I liked Tunisia with its rich history, I liked simple Tunisians (not a guide and traders), distinguished by honesty, hospitality and a desire to help, I liked the sea. But, if we decide to go again, then most likely without a tour operator and by no means to the Tergi Club.
Hotel location (distance from the airport, sea, mountains, etc. )
Remote from the city - which entails additional transport costs for a trip for souvenirs, for example, to Sousse 2 dinars per person one way at least.
Rooms (size, comfort)
Old, not comfortable
Nutrition (quantity and quality)
Not just bad - disgusting
Entertainment and leisure in the hotel
For children - practically nothing - no animation, slides do not work at all
Sea and beach
The beach is often not cleaned - rotting seaweed remains after the night
Hotel Advantages
They are not here
Disadvantages of the hotel
Food, rooms
About UIA
I liked everything - departures without delay, meals on board, flight attendants super. . .
About the tour operator "Oasis (Kyiv)"
If a tour operator offers such a hotel, he simply does not respect his customers.
