I don't understand the bad reviews. We stayed in June 2026. We arrived around 3:00 AM. The transfer from the airport took 30 minutes. We weren't checked in right away, so we settled down to sleep on the sofas in the lobby. At 7:00 AM, they woke us up and offered to go to breakfast, and then they would check us in. We ate breakfast, went to reception, and they checked us in at 9:00 AM, no extra charge. They put us in the next building, room 2007 on the first floor. It had a balcony, and it was pretty good. On the first day, there was no hot water, only summer water. The next day, they gave us some. I'm not obsessing over the room; everything is there and works. We came to spend the night and take a shower. There's a large pool and a water park. The sea is beautiful, first line, a maximum of 5 minutes' walk. Everywhere is clean, lots of greenery, flowers, and bushes. The staff really try hard, and this applies to all aspects. There are plenty of sun loungers by the sea, and it's clean, with trash cans. The beach is sandy and has a gentle slope. The beach bar was closed due to the small number of people. The pool bar serves beer, wine, and soft drinks. The lobby bar serves the aforementioned drinks and cocktails. The beer is light, the wines are dry, and the cocktails are nothing special. The furniture is new, apparently undergoing renovation. We went to the à la carte Italian restaurant; it was a waste of time. I wouldn't recommend it! As for the food, it's good and varied. Grilled vegetables, shrimp, and meat. Fruit and berries include watermelon, cherry plum, plum, melon, grapefruit, orange, strawberry, and dates. The only downside is that sometimes the cooks ruined the food due to their lack of cooking skills. The waiters are very polite, quickly clearing up and bringing drinks. There's plenty of entertainment for both children and adults. Never a dull moment. Various programs, shows, and a disco. Wi-Fi works in the lobby, restaurant, by the pool, and even in the room. I didn't expect good internet. There are places to stroll outside the hotel: shops, a bazaar, a promenade, and the Medina. I loved it all. I'd happily return. We came for the turquoise sea, sun, relaxation...and that's what we got.
