This is my first trip to Africa, I honestly assumed that the situation in Tunisia was difficult, but I had to go out of necessity and, in principle, I was a thick-skinned person and ready for Spartan conditions, I decided to develop my horizons. So arrival: arrived at 17 o'clock local time, in the arrivals area there are no air conditioners, according to my feelings, it was 30 degrees, maybe they are, but they were not turned on at that time. Another plane from Moscow flew in with us at the same time, in total more than 400 people, and for this number of people two were waiting for us !! ! customs officer and then I started getting impressions. Our compatriots stood in two thick and long queues. The customs officers chatted more among themselves at the same time, if they chatted and stamped passports, then there are no problems chatting, please, but as long as his mouth works, his hands cannot work for some reason. After half an hour, one customs officer makes a statement that he no longer accepts. Ramadan and he has not eaten or drunk for 15 hours, that the time has come when this can be done and he stops working, while the queue did not want to move to the next one as long, to which the customs officer began to behave absolutely boorishly and said that now back to Moscow fly. He said it in English and the people did not understand what it said, I think if they understood it they would have torn it apart.

Well, finally, after an hour of standing in a meaningless queue, I left the airport and the tour operator staff greeted me with a joyful greeting and a message that they wanted to check me into another hotel in another city, but since I am a sociable person, I explained in a nutshell what it is in my plans are not included and they settled me in the hotel I planned.

During my stay I was in different hotels, in 4 * and 3 *, in my opinion 3 * sometimes outperformed 4 * given the cost of hotels. For hotels, the resume is the same for both 3 * and 4 *, with a number as you're lucky, you can mess around or pay extra and they will offer you something else, but not the fact that it's better, it turns out later. I am surprised by people who write that "a good hotel, only they steal in it, next time I will go to another", complete nonsense, they steal everywhere at 3 *, 4 *, 5 * because the salaries are the same everywhere, and the same people work , they steal everyone who can steal something and steal from everywhere, from a suitcase in the room, from a safe in the room or at the reception, they steal on the street, break off chains, bracelets, bags, etc. etc. , and most importantly, neither the police nor the hotel staff will help you even if you catch the thief by the hand and bring you will have your word against his word. And believe me, I'm not exaggerating, in those hotels in which I was, I heard every day about some kind of incident that happened to our careless compatriots.

As for nutrition, I’m not a picky person, I’ll say one thing you won’t die of hunger, but don’t count on more or less balanced and even more tasty food.

The sea is good, but again depending on where. The paradoxes are that hotels have different rides and it’s impossible to sail further than 15 meters otherwise they can move. The coast is different in different places, but there are a lot of gobies in the sand.

I didn’t go on excursions because I didn’t see interest, I already saw all this in more civilized deserts and ruins.

A friend went so the bus broke down and the carrier trudged at the speed of a turtle until the bus stopped at all on the way back, only then another bus arrived and picked up the tourists, but she rode a camel))).

There is no service on the street as such, but there is importunity and obsession with rudeness and bad manners.

Girls if you walk alone, be prepared for the fact that you will be constantly pestered.

Summary: I am satisfied with the trip, but only because I did not go with the intent of tourism, but pursued somewhat different interests.

1. Do not take jewelry with you that can be torn off you.

2. Do not leave money and valuables (phone, camera, laptop) in the room and in the safe, the staff clearly regards this as a tip.

3. Girls do not go to Arab countries alone if you are going with good intentions towards yourself.

Maybe it's worth going to Tunisia, but only in order not to do it again, because all the same, stories are stories, but I want to see for myself how it is. If you want not a lottery, but a guaranteed vacation for your hard-earned money, then this is definitely not Tunisia.
