Five hours from the airport and even with three children with the only stop in half an hour. Posted quickly; but the room was not quite ready for occupancy; first repaired the lock of the front door; then they changed the faulty TV; they didn’t even try to replace the phone with a working one; on the third day, the faulty air conditioner was replaced; then I had to ask to clean the room (it’s not customary to do this without reminders); bed linen and towels are changed only on request; after cleaning the room is still dirty; we had to wash the floors ourselves so that the children could walk barefoot; the beach is dirty; no one washes the sunbeds; the entrance to the sea is not landscaped (solid stones); tablecloths are not changed in the restaurant; food is given out according to the norm; (although all inclusive and buffet); in the bar, local drinks are natural burda (not for nothing that people get poisoned); service at the lowest level; and the statements of the hotel administration that the cats living in the hotel are cleaner than my children shocked not only me. For 20 years of my travels, this is the first time I have had such a review (although I still hold back my emotions).
