Our trip started on 08/09/11 and ended on 08/19/11. During these 10 days I got a lot of emotions! We went on holiday with a friend! I’ll write right away, the rest and the hotel we really liked! before departure, my girlfriend and I read a lot of reviews about this hotel, and we were mentally prepared for anything. we flew from Kazan, flew about 3.5 hours. it took about 4 hours to get from Antalya to Mahmutlar, but we were ready for this, we were warned in advance that we would be the last to be brought to the hotel. These 4 hours passed very quickly, because we looked at the hotels of other tourists all the way.
at the hotel we were greeted very well, the reception was fluent in Russian, and within 2 minutes we were settled in a good room with a sea view (no extra charge). everything was in the room (refrigerator, TV, air conditioning, telephone), the maid was cleaned every day, the towel was changed if we left them on the floor. all the staff were great, all very nice and friendly! fed 3 times a day, + afternoon snack (but we didn’t go to it, there wasn’t enough time). fed very well, the food was very varied and tasty, for every taste. the meat was also (chicken, beef, lamb) just small pieces without bones. you could take a supplement. The choice of drinks was also great. people write that food gets boring, but it only bothers those who immediately pick up all 20 types of dishes, and then everything gets boring, just try something specific every day, and the food will not seem monotonous!
There is practically no animation on the territory of the hotel for adults, only for children, but you can go to the disco in other hotels, they invite you!
The sea is very extreme because of the waves, but at times they calm down when you enter the sea-stones (however, we really enjoyed swimming). Seats on the beach have never been a problem.
Our guide was Ekaterina, I can’t say anything about her, I saw her only once upon arrival, she didn’t get us anymore, like other guides.
Sauna Hammam is just super, we were offered for $50, as a result we bargained for $22.5. (there is a bargain everywhere)
I would like to note the staff: the manager-Anar, the security guard-Bayram, the waiters-2Ali, the girls-barmaids! -all very wonderful people, thanks to them for decorating our vacation!
We bought excursions at the Europe travel agency, across the road from the hotel (opposite the sea), they are very cheap there, they make good discounts, we bought 4 excursions, the fifth one as a gift (Pomukale, Boat tour (yacht), ravting, water park, night Alanya ( Kale) - as a gift) I liked everything very much, only Pomukale is a waste of time and money.
For such money, for a 3+* hotel, THIS HOTEL IS SIMPLY GORGEOUS! The main thing is to go with a good attitude, and have a good rest!
