The hotel is really very good. He already has 5*. The road from the airport takes about two hours, if you drive non-stop - a little faster. Despite the large number of vacationers, the territory is planned so that you don’t feel a large number of people, you can only see everyone at once at dinner))). The contingent is varied: Russians, Germans, many other foreigners, many Turks. Everyone is nice, friendly and sociable. There are a lot of vacationers with children of different ages.
Wonderful rooms, spacious, bright (we lived in a Family room in block 3), we had a large balcony, one part of it overlooked the pool, the other partly the sea - the view is amazing.
We rested with two children, 10 and 3 years old, in my opinion, the hotel is ideal for families with children.

Firstly, a great beach, fine sand, gentle entrance, clear water. The storm was only 2 days and not much, the rest of the time the sea was calm and warm. The weather was magnificent, in the evening 24-25C, not stuffy, in the afternoon over 30, water temperature 23-25C. Secondly, good cuisine, high-quality, delicious food at any time of the day, of course, there are traditionally a lot of spicy dishes, but these are already features of the national cuisine. Despite this, I always managed to choose something tasty and not spicy for my younger child.
A variety of children's joys: slides, swimming pools, playground, mini club, ice cream, mini disco (a very professional children's animator, a young man, the children simply adored him). Several times we went to the evening shows of the program - it was fun. The animators entertain during the day, but we were at the sea during the day, and all the main events are held by the pool or in the park, so I can’t rate them.
The staff is friendly, welcoming and diligent. The hotel has a Russian-speaking employee who welcomes guests. She is daily at the hotel and you can address any questions you may have to her.
In addition, there is also a guide from the tour operator. We went with a TEZ tour, our guide told us everything in detail about the hotel, excursions, etc. She was not very kind, but she provided all the necessary information. The only thing I would like to warn against visiting the Turkish bath recommended by the guide (10 minutes drive from the hotel) is a dirty pool, stale towels and crowds of people, after peeling done there, irritation on the skin remained for several days. I really regret that I didn’t go to the hammam at the hotel (there is a SPA center there), yes, it would be more expensive, but I think that everything is incomparably better there. Those who went did not complain.
For shoppers, there is a small market next to the hotel (if you leave the hotel and go to the right). There you can buy souvenirs, textiles, sweets and much more. If you have time and desire, you can take a walk to the market in the nearest village of Avsalar (20-25 minutes on foot), there are more shopping arcades and somewhat lower prices.
The impressions from the rest were very good, it was sad to leave for us and the children. Would love to return to the hotel again.
