The hotel was chosen in advance, having studied all the bad reviews and already knew what to expect. We rested super, if my review will seem negative, then it is not so)))) We ended up in Turkey when Turkey itself was resting. Flag Day, Independence Day, Kuran Bayram - they had about 6 days off and the whole hotel (and the neighboring ones too) were packed to capacity with the local population. This made us feel a little uncomfortable.
We arrived around 4pm so we were seated right away. A room for five with a view of the surroundings (water park), offered with a view of the pool with an additional charge of $ 5 per day, tobish $ 50. We refused such a generous offer. Everything suited us. The room is large, with a partition. One double bed, one single bed and two couches behind a partition. The bar is packed. There are not enough blankets and towels. Reported to the reception and went to look for where to eat, but it was not there. In principle, in this hotel you can eat around the clock, but from 17 to 19 hours the only break is when the pool and seaside snack bars close, and the restaurant has a break until dinner. taking into account the fact that we left the house at two in the morning, on the plane, feeding is two pies, it was too much to endure two hours. But there is nowhere to go, we went to look for towels and the beach. We saw for ourselves that the beach is a poop. And we went to swim in the territory of other hotels.
Beach. Well, do not make candy out of it, whatever one may say. The territory is large, but unsuccessfully located. It washes away everything small and only boulders remain. It was stormy for a couple of days and only at our hotel the entire beach was washed up to the second row of awnings. Sheds, by the way, were immediately cut off and removed... they hung dangerously in the air.

The minibus runs frequently, but it's easier for us to walk. We are not fans of standing and waiting, we ourselves will get there faster. In addition, people come from the beach with wet swimming trunks and the seats are damp - not pleasant.
Service at the hotel is lame. We constantly lacked either towels, or blankets, or paper. We constantly reported to the reception, they wrote down the number and promised to solve everything. It was resolved in days. In the future, we just caught the cleaning lady and explained to her on her fingers what and how much we needed. This turned out to be more efficient. For some reason, we always got a room "covered" for three, and not for five. Clean badly and with a tip, and without.
Food. It's just heaven. Variety of meat, fish, fruits and vegetables. They say it's because of the holidays. On holidays in any hotel, tables are breaking. You can really eat around the clock. We left at 4 am for a tour and had a great breakfast. Cons: They don't have lunch boxes. You can take breakfast with you, but nothing. It happened that we returned to the hotel after midnight and there was a huge variety of food in the night restaurant. Ice cream two hours a day. The children ate plenty, the lines are not critical. In principle, there were queues for meat, for fish, there were as many people and everyone wants what would have been just cooked, but it didn’t take long to stand))) they cooked quickly. Were in a fish restaurant, ate the same thing as in the usual)))) different service.
None of us have any intestinal disorder caught. What speaks of the good quality of the products.
Many write that there is no place to sit. You have to wait until someone eats and they clean up after him. We encountered this 1 time, on the very first evening. They just didn’t know that the restaurant is huge and you can sit outside, indoors in front of the entrance (round tables, white tablecloths), and the inside restaurant is very long. And people just don’t want to go far from the tables with the distribution))))

The drinks. The coffee machine pleased both adults and children. We did not drink juices a la yuppies. There is plenty of water everywhere, there was no shortage. As for alcohol, we liked the wine that was in large bottles at lunch and dinner. Beer is so-so. Friends tried the local vodka. We didn't try anything else, and we didn't want to.
Animation. We didn't see it, we don't know. In the morning we went to the sea, after 10 to the water park, in the afternoon we went to the water park again and then to the sea. And the animation is all by the pool. Maybe there was something at sea, but again when we are not there. In the evening, once went to the Turkish night, did not like it. Once at the mini disco, the children liked it, but the second time they did not go because everything is the same. Turkey, Egypt, Tunisia. . . the same songs, the same movements, year after year - boring. We went to the kids club once and left. It is located next to the water park and works simultaneously with slides. Of course, children need slides, not labor lessons in a small house.
Elevators. Right here is a huge minus. Wait a long time, with minus 2 do not call at all. We pumped up the priests notably by running up the stairs.
Spa. Simply gorgeous. They washed me all over from head to toe, crushed me, and even served two children as a gift. Children foam massage and masks. Can't remember the masseur's name, but he's a walking MRI. I have a problem back and I know where and what is wrong. He himself does not speak Russian, after the session, through an interpreter, he listed all my diagnoses and did not make a mistake with a single vertebra.
Our vacation was a success. We needed a hotel to eat, sleep, entertain children (water park). For 10 days we have never been in the pool, we had no time. We entertained ourselves with excursions and trips. They are exhausting and then you just seal on the couch.
You can not go to the market in Alanya itself. Near the hotel there is an exchange office and a shop with fixed prices. There is a market with the same assortment and the same prices as in the market in Alanya. We rolled up in Alanya - an adventure
