As soon as we arrived there, I remembered the tourism manager with an unkind word. We traveled as a family: me, husband and daughter. We were not immediately settled, they said - "NO ROOMS" and took us at 22:30 with a child tired of the road to another hotel, from which we were taken at 9 in the morning and brought back to Alanis. WE ARE NOT VERY FRIENDLY, But when we got the room, we were, to put it mildly, shocked.... My mood immediately deteriorated. . . About the room: 1) the linen is dirty and stained, as if it was not washed, but simply rinsed from the previous inhabitants of this room; 2) the towels are gray and stink of fish oil; 3) the room is dirty, although they said that the room is ready to the settlement; 4) in the CONDITIONER MOLD - HORROR!! ! I had to sleep with an open balcony so as not to get lung disease due to mold. 5) in the toilet: DIRTY UNCLEANED TOILET, I looked into the sink - MOLD, the floor is dirty, the shower almost does not supply water, but sprays on the sides, the curtain in the bathroom consists of two parts (probably there was not enough material), wash it as you like - water On the floor. 6) the doors seemed to be taken out, shabby and scary. FOOD HORRIBLE!!!! ! For lunch, everything is the same every day, there is NO children's menu, for dinner it's the same as for lunch, like, "eat up, don't throw it away. "...
