We rested from June 17 to June 24.2011. In general, the hotel is not bad, if you do not expect something special and memorable, then it is quite possible to relax with your family.
Going there, you must be firmly prepared for the fact that you will not be settled in the room immediately. This happened, as it turned out from the conversations, with almost everyone who came there. Moreover, this does not depend on the time of arrival, whether you have children and everything else that may seem enough to you to be treated differently. They check in with a neighboring three-star hotel in stuffy and broken-down, already occupied by ants, rooms. Some spent up to three nights there, waiting in line to check into Alanis. We arrived at 4 am, with a two-year-old child, the room was paid for the past day. After filling out the documents for settling, we were offered to go to the office, where they explained in tolerable Russian that we would not sleep here, but would drag our suitcases to another place. Swearing, trying to get clear explanations, believing promises and assurances is useless. They say the same phrases to everyone, they respond to assertiveness with rudeness. So the beginning of the holiday, if you choose this hotel, you will be spoiled. But if you pass this part of the quest (and what else is left for you? ; ), then all further disadvantages will seem tolerable and sweet. The rooms are good, except for a couple of broken light bulbs and weak water pressure (hot water does not reach the upper floors). I can’t say anything about the cleaning of the rooms, because I saw my room cleaned only once. Of course, we can assume that it is our own fault that our child sleeps from 14 to 16, but they always came to clean up at that time. The food in the dining room is standard for hotels of this level, but the organization leaves much to be desired by them. You are not allowed to enter the dining hall until it opens. It is absolutely impossible, even if breakfast should already begin, but they didn’t have time for something. You will simply be expelled from there in a rude manner by the servants who do not understand anything in Russian. Something is always missing. Or plates, or spoons, or forks, or cups. With places, too, it was not always possible to enter. Dinner is generally a very difficult task for an unprepared person. This quest is nearly impossible for one to complete. Do not guess when you will return from there. The main dish of dinner is cooked outside on the grill. There is a queue for him. But to get the coveted portion you need a plate. The plates are in the dining room itself, and, as we remember, they are not allowed in there in advance. Therefore, there is also a crowd of people in front of the dining room doors. Their task is to take plates, which are also not enough for everyone, and bring them to the second stage of the relay race to the grill, where another family member is standing. The remaining members of the family (woe to those who do not have them) at this time guard the pre-occupied place at the tables. Well, standing in line for a side dish and waiting for forks after all this will seem like a trifle to you. The hotel is inhabited by some Russians, which gives it all a special piquancy.
Of the pluses, I can note the presence of a second pool with a paddling pool, two slides that work for quite some time and an animator working there at this time, but about to leave for another hotel.

There is nothing noteworthy around the hotel. On the right are greenhouses and a construction site, on the left is a gas station, a couple of other hotels and a fruit stand. You can walk in 40 minutes or for a dollar to get to the village of Konakli. There is life, cafes along the road and shops.
The hotel is inhabited by Russian and Belarusian couples or single matrons, I did not see the youth. Drinks at the bar are standard, pizza is baked near it, mostly from dinner leftovers. After 4 lay out cookies.
In general, I was satisfied, but in detail it could be better.
