Alara is a hotel chain where Alara Hotel 4 and Alara Star 5 are located in a beautiful bay and they have a sea, in other hotels of this chain there is NO sea. We bought a tour at Alara Hotel 4, the tour operator ODEON brought us to Alara Park without telling us about it, upon check-in we realized that we were not in our hotel. To which we were told that there were no places in Alara Hotel 4, live with us. We were forced to take a taxi and with suitcases to get to the hotel that we booked, because the tour operator "SENT" us on the phone. Arriving at the hotel, we were told that there were no places (we ordered a family room) and they could only offer us a standard. There was no choice, and for 3 days we were settled in a standard room for 3 adults, where one got a children's cot !! ! Three days later we were moved. Due to the fact that there are no problems with the guests, we come a lot, that there are not even enough places - they don’t consider it necessary to clean up on the territory of the hotel - empty glasses stand for 2-3 days everywhere on the paths, by the pools, etc. , on the beach in general not cleaned, towels lie around the clock (so some take places). We have never been able to lie on the beach. The food was not tasty, monotonous, I don’t want to talk about the sweet table at all - Turkey, which is famous for sweets! in this hotel we were offered purchased WAFERS from the store. The hotel is an old numbered Ford decrepit, the sunbeds are all broken - consider no umbrellas as such. The equipment of the hotel is the last century. Hotel for 3 with a minus.
