We rested with my daughter from 05 to 14.08. 2015. We flew to Turkey 3 times, the first two rested simply in luxurious 3 * and 4 * hotels located in the center of the village of Avsallar (next to Lanicera). This hotel is located far from the village (more than 40 minutes walk), around is just a wasteland. The hotel clearly does not correspond to the declared 5 *. We arrived at 11 am. The front desk asked about the availability of rooms with a sea view. Albina, a Russian-speaking administrator, without any embarrassment, stated that these were rooms for an additional fee of $ 5 per day, although there was not a word about this in the hotel announcement ("Comfortable rooms with sea views"). Settled in a room on the second floor of the first building overlooking the forest at about 13 hours. And then all the holiday mood was gone, complete despondency set in. THE ROOM turned out to be a natural crypt: three walls of the room were painted with dark brown paint. From lighting - two miserable sconces by the beds, a non-working floor lamp and a lamp by the mirror without a ceiling, shining into the eye of the sleeping person on the bed opposite. The balcony is in a recess, the curtains did not curtain at all during the day, because the sun penetrated the room only for an hour and a half (from about 15.00 to 16.30) and that’s all. Trying to cheer yourself up, we found a "+" in this, because the room was constantly cool. The room has old FURNITURE (wardrobe with crooked doors, a tattered stool), bed linen torn with stains, mold everywhere, holes in the next room. I won’t even stutter about slippers and bathrobes, they weren’t there at all. IN THE BATH: 2 large towels, 2 small ones and 1 for feet (remember, the hotel is 5 *, i. e. , at least there should be 4 towels for 1 person). The announcement stated: "toiletries... ", in reality: 2 bottles of shampoo, 2 soaps for all 10 days. Toothpaste, brushes, shower gel, hair conditioner and body lotion were out of the question. Of course, we brought everything with us, but, once again, I note that the hotel is declared as 5 *. We tried to change the room on our own, but at the reception they told us that we did not come to the resort, they refused to change the room. When I pointed out hygiene and asked for a second foot towel, they again refused, saying that it was not allowed. The next day, they turned to the hotel guide, he spoke with the administrator, promised to replace the room in 2 days, but they didn’t replace it until the end of the holiday under various pretexts. Now about housekeeping: disgusting. Cleaned in our absence only 2 times, although we left the room to the beach at 7 am. On other days, they came strictly at the time when we rested during the day, the rest of the time the maids smoked and chatted, sitting on the stairs of the service entrance. When cleaning up, they smeared the dust in the corners, and then it was necessary to poke the maid with his nose that she needed to be wiped off. The sink and the bath were washed, apparently, with a dirty rag, because they always had pieces of someone else's hair mixed in dust. When, out of principle, they asked about shampoo, the maid pointed at the tank hanging on the wall, with a foul-smelling liquid and mold on the bottom, saying that it was shampoo. The bed was changed quite often (this is probably the only "+"). But with towels - trouble. Of course, they were taken from the floor after we threw them there on the 3rd day of use, but irrevocably. . . with the phrase: "Later. " They received towels with a fight at about 21.30, that is, in their opinion, in the afternoon after the sea in the heat we do not wash. The air conditioner in the room worked intermittently, in the very heat it was turned off, motivating that the system showed overheating throughout the hotel. Wifi advertised but didn't work. The TV in the room was old, all the people in it were "Phantomas", since the upper half of the screen had only a purple image, but on it we were able to tune 5 Russian-speaking channels, although it took about 2 hours, because the Turkish language we don't know, but all the menu is in Turkish. FOOD for breakfast is a problem, especially for men. Of course, we were content with a boiled egg, a few olives and a couple of pieces of tomato. Breakfast is from 07.00, and scrambled eggs or cooking begin to fry only after 08.00. You will not go hungry at lunch and dinner, although the cuisine is "average". Children have nothing to eat: in the morning - sometimes there was uncooked kupa soaked in milk, at lunch and dinner the children's menu consisted of 2 types of pasta and sauce, since they cooked mashed potatoes a couple of times, and that's it. . . Fruit was regular, but there were oranges with a moldy crust. The waiters in the restaurant are almost all "enchanted", I would say slowed down, then they don’t remove the plates at all, then they take away an unfinished dish. The BEACH is small, sunbeds are not enough for everyone. It was very unpleasant to listen to the screams of those who came to the beach after 08.00 that they didn't have enough sunbeds. Right, left and 5 m from the sea - public beach: noisy, dirty. Young "starved" Turks, whose ladies sunbathed and swam "in spacesuits" covering both body and head, sat down near the shore or "soaked" in the sea, catching "our" wonderful girls, sometimes simply shocking them. Again, not the most positive moment, because sometimes you just had to beat off the girls from them. From the positive: 3 pools (2 outdoors, one indoor, but very cold), in which we practically did not swim, because we arrived at the sea), and a playground with charming houses and a waterfall. In general, if it were not for the sea (it was stormy for 7 out of 10 days), then the vacation would have been completely and irrevocably ruined. We did not expect such disgust, although we are far from fussy, as I already wrote at the beginning, we rested in both 3 * and 4 *.
