We arrived early in the morning, waited for check-in by 14:00, which is understandable, as a result, at 13:00 we were told that there were no places and let's put you in a hotel from our Alara Park 5 * network for one night, go 3 minutes by car.
We were settled in Alara Park 5 * in a room in which, after half an hour, they came to whitewash the ceiling, as it was leaking . . accordingly, this is all the time. The sea in that hotel is very dirty, which is strange, maybe because there is a public park nearby with access to a common beach. And for food in that hotel there are kilometer-long queues, so many people...

The next day, the transfer to our hotel did not arrive at the indicated time -10:00 (and we are standing at the reception with our suitcases), they don’t give a call to the hotel, we walk for half an hour . . They brought us to our hotel - cheers, in a minute we immediately met with the guide Aneksa (obligation, yes, what can you do). After her, they put us in a room that is already occupied !!! , we change the room again, to the only free one, on the last 6th floor. Result: 1 day spent.
Reason number 2.
In the room, the air conditioner did not work, or rather, it did not cool (and we were on the last 6th floor, and in the afternoon it was +42, the roof somehow kept the heat very well and there was no draft). There are no rooms available, no fans, the air conditioning was fixed by the end of our stay. The nights were just hellish and we woke up "rumpled" ((

Of the 8 days of rest for breakfast, fried eggs (omelette / fried eggs) were 3 times, and pancakes 1 time. WHAT? Is this even possible? It is clear that it is impossible to eat sausage for breakfast... they were happy with the salad. Coffee for breakfast is not good, it is the strongest and not very tasty (in the Egyptian hotels Nescafe, machine-made is much tastier), only tea with a roll and butter.
For lunch, only one type of meat (boney dry chicken), or some kind of porridge with fish. You can take mivina with you, but for this money . . is it really worth it . .

The beach of our hotel is terrible. Probably 20 meters. And also sunbeds - 20 pieces +/-. If you see photos of the beach - do not believe it, on the left there is a fence enclosing the beach of another hotel, and on the right there is a pier that is not ours, also of another hotel . . the sea is dirty, there are large stones. It stinks of sewage on the beach and on the stairs leading to the beach.

Reception. Employees change there several times a day, problems are not solved, but simply transferred to each other. They forget everything they are asked about, well, constantly. The only adequate person is Anastasia.

The room was dirty when we checked in, only the bed was changed. Every day they changed and added towels, added water. You can’t hang a “do not disturb” sign, they simply don’t exist)) And if the cleaning lady can’t get into the room, she leaves towels on the floor of the common corridor for you under the door !!!! ! ugh))
