Good day to all! The hotel is just great! We often go on vacation at least 3-4 times a year, there is something to compare with (I have a lot of reviews on this site). Excellent value for money holiday. I rated the hotel at 9 for only one reason, a lot of screaming and ill-mannered children (naturally from the countries of their native SOVKA). UALL has a full bar in the lobby around the clock. The food is beyond praise, very tasty, don't believe those who talk about bad food. Many thanks to the staff of the restaurant, especially the waiters, they are just professionals !!!! . SEPARATELY I WANT TO THANK ISAK he is at the height of not at all expensive Kiev restaurants so serve. The rooms are excellent, ask for the 5th floor, it is after renovation and do not spare the traditional baksheesh in Turkey at the reception and everything will be fine, you will be given a choice of 3-5 rooms. Of course, the hotel has some drawbacks, such as not quite clean windows in panoramic elevators, and they often break (although they fix it right there) and the street terrace near the lobby is not very comfortable. But as for me, these are trifles for the money that this hotel costs. Gentlemen, this is not deluxe and there is nothing more to demand from him than they can.
