Ananas hotel was chosen on the recommendation of a travel agent from Anex Tour. The transfer is well organized, from the airport to the hotel in 3 hours. Along the way, they provided brief information about Turkey and the peculiarities of culture, the rules of stay in the country. We arrived at the hotel at about 12 o'clock, the check-in took place at 14.00, but on arrival put on a bracelet with the logo, so you can immediately enjoy all the benefits of the hotel, leaving luggage at the reception. The first impression of the lobby and hotel is pleasant, the staff is friendly and polite. The only drawback is the persistent representatives near the Turkish hammam at the hotel and the seller of leather goods and fur)). In any case, we do not recommend using the hammam in the hotel, as in the city near the hotel you can find many such Turkish baths at a much lower price. $ 25 at the hotel, and in the city 10-15 euros maximum. At the same time the hour in the hotel is limited, and in the city you can spend the whole day.
Also, the tour operator Annex offers a hammam tour for $ 20, which is also more expensive than in the city. If you take a tour from the Annex, we recommend not to buy tours from travel agencies at the hotel, as prices are twice or even three times more expensive than local guides. At the same time, the representative presents incorrect information about the tour itself and what exactly you will be able to see there. How it happens: the day after your arrival, taking advantage of the fact that tourists have not yet had time to see all the offers outside the hotel, they say that only once they will come to the hotel to meet and then in the future you will not be able to buy tours and only today discount discounts (actually you can see them in a special room near the reception at the hotel every day). The same trip from a travel agency for the purchase of leather goods and fur. The store is actually located a block from the hotel and you can choose your own products at no extra charge from the travel agency.
All tours ended with souvenir shops, where prices are much higher than in local stores. For example, we took a sightseeing tour of the tower for $ 90 for two. According to the tour operator, the excursion included a visit to the cave, Cleopatra beach, a view of Alanya, mountains and a tower and wine tasting. In fact, we were taken to the lift, on the way no one told anything about the story, handed out tickets for the lift, and then walk yourself - meet at the exit. If you want to get further to the tower - an additional fee of 7 lira, you also have to pay for the cave. All this can be visited on your own, by bus or on foot. Then wine tasting, offer to try 5 types of wine, and then obsessively offer products at prices three times or even 4 times more expensive. For example, pomegranate wine is $ 25, which can be bought for 45 lira ($ 9, same brand). Pomegranate tea to try is not the one that is actually sold.

The price is $ 4 per bag, and in the shop near the cave they sell for $ 1. In this tour I liked the evening program - Turkish dances. The only excursion worth visiting is the Turkish Maldives (Lake Salda) and lavender fields. The guide told interesting stories about history, culture and traditions. The lake is picturesque, but the water is cold. The lava fields were already in the period when flowering was over. there you can try lavender ice cream, tea and buy various souvenirs of lavender and roses.
About the hotel: clean, got a good room on the 2nd floor with sea views. A little noisy in the evening, because the window to the balcony overlooked the pool, where the animation took place. Cleaned 4 times a week. for $ 1 made a heart out of towels, laid out artificial flowers). If you need to replace towels - you need to throw them on the floor. Immediately changed to clean.
The only drawback - it's detergents, gel and shampoo did not renew, just left on the first day of arrival, and then you need to use your own. Towels are not allowed outside the hotel or on the sun loungers by the pool. Take beach towels with you or buy them in the shops near the hotel. Also bring rubber shoes for swimming and sunbathing, as the shore is sand with pebbles and many stones are in the coastal area of the sea. The hotel is located on the 2nd shoreline, although actually quite close to the sea, you can go through the underground passage from the hotel. If you walk 200 meters to the right, the sunset is not so rocky. The food is good, there is enough food. Minus instant powdered coffee, juices, carbonated water, too, from the powder, little fruit and not very good quality. We can't say anything about the bar, because they didn't use it, although they saw that they gave out an unlimited amount of beer, wine, cola. sprite, etc.
In the minibar as a gift in the refrigerator there is a bottle of water that could be refilled in the bar or kitchen. The pool was not used, because before breakfast from 7 am all the sunbeds were occupied by towels, despite the direct ban on the plates. The administration did not pay attention to this. The area near the hotel is small, there are 3 swimming pools: adult, children's, with slides. Tourists are mostly Russians. In general, the hotel corresponds to the stated 4 stars. There is a gym, cinema. We also do not recommend exchanging money at the hotel, and in the city and pay in lira is much cheaper. it is possible in dollars and euros, but there is no difference in payment. 1 dollar to 1 euro. Wifi will not catch in the room, only in the lobby and next to the kitchen, but there is a bad pull.
