Ужаснейший сервис Terrible service

We traveled as a group of three (2 adults and a child).
We bought a tour from TUI in Aladdin, the girls-managers highly advised this hotel... more to these girls not a foot!!!
But upon registration, it turned out that this was a tour from Join up, we hadn’t heard anything about it before and we don’t want to hear more.
Firstly, without agreement with us, they changed the number and time of the return flight (from 19 pm to 5 am). Since the tour was bought late, there was no time to find out.
Secondly, for comparison, 2 * in Bulgaria is better in terms of service 4 * of this hotel.

We checked in at 4 am on 08/07/2016, despite the fact that the tour was paid for from 14:00 on 08/06/2016, the hotel settled for an hour, they refused to feed the child. Cleaning in the room was almost not done, they went for towels and toilet paper themselves because they did not bring it to the room. The epic situation was when I came to the reception desk for paperwork, they told me to wait for 17:00, when I started to swear that the child went to the toilet, what do you suggest, looked like, searched, did not find, they said to wait 17....Fortunately, I met on the way a boy from the staff, from whom she took away a roll of paper.
The promised change of bed linen every 3 days was never done in 7 days.
For three days they asked to move the bed to the wall, as the child fell, they turned to the guide Zarif and the hotel representatives, to which the girl offered us to move it ourselves.
At the end of 3 days, we moved it ourselves and realized that the floor was not washed at all...
At an early departure, food was not given out with them, although they left at 00:25 on 08/14/16, and the hotel was paid until 12:00 on 08/14/16.
The food was monotonous, there was always chicken from meat, there was almost no fish, except for the incomprehensible fried roofing felts of sprats, roofing felts of sprats, fruits: watermelon, not tasty melon, apples, plums and grapes.
On the last day, the child was poisoned by food, despite the fact that he ate monotonous food (he did not swim in the pool, so this is not bleach).
On the first day, we were warned, thanks to the guide, that there were children poisoning with bleach.
Pleased with only sweets, free animation in the evenings and a gorgeous sea, in fact it saved our vacation.
Once we went to a paid party for $5. per person, it was worse than free.
