Hello. We chose this hotel on the recommendation of a tour operator. At the airport, they read the comments and got upset. The whole flight we were winding ourselves up. When we arrived at the hotel, we were greeted with a smile and seated immediately. We were given a room with a view of the mountains. The room is small but clean. Towels for the three of us (husband, wife and daughter 10 years old). The bed is clean. There have never been any interruptions in water supply. The air conditioner is correct. Panoramic windows.
