I have never seen such humiliation anywhere, it feels like I owe them... Let me explain, we bought IMMEDIATELY in Moscow a good room in the first building, a family room (two-room), settled the fastest, because the rest until the evening who waited, who changed (this picture was then daily), and still they took the deposit - they poured mud in their own language - they just got used to behaving like that with Russians.
The fact that the hotel and rooms are non-smoking is a lie, ashtrays are absolutely everywhere, who does not smoke or drink, like we are 4 people, this hotel is not allowed, even in the children's pool, smoking parents stand with swill and a cigarette. And these are ours... or Ukraine... Also, the eviction is just super humiliation, despite the fact that we tried to leave the whole vacation, a pricked cupcake came and sat next to my undressed daughter (after a shower) and defiantly allegedly waited until we took out our suitcases , 11 was not yet!! ! I barely moved to another room, then he just left the room open and left, that's why he hurried then, didn't let me get properly dressed? Just to assert itself. In general, I am shocked by such a service, although for me the number and service are not the main thing, but even people like me will GET here.
In terms of food, it’s beautiful, but inedible, even third-rate watermelons are unsweetened, the child now eats everything at home, even what she never liked, and we are hungry.

Bottom line: don’t spoil your vacation, you don’t need to fly there, operators cram Angelique in, as they have 10 dollars for each person personally, we got 1001 tours.
